In China,construction industry plays a vital role in economic development.Meanwhile,environmental problems caused by traditional construction methods also hinder sustainable development.Promoting green construction has become a widespread consensus.However,due to various constraints,the implementation of green construction has not achieved significant results.It’s of great significance to systematically and comprehensively analyze the constraints of green construction,deeply explore the interaction of the constraints,find out the critical constraints,and put forward corresponding strategies for accelerating green construction.In this thesis,the existing research literature was used to preliminarily identify the constraints of green construction,and combined with expert interview method to build a system of the green construction constraints in China’s construction industry at the present stage.On the basis of questionnaire survey on the direct relationship between the constraints,a multi-layer hierarchical structure model(ISM)was built to analyze the constraint system.Based on the network analysis method(ANP),the critical constraints of green construction were obtained by quantitative analysis of the importance weight of each constraint.The weight results were visualized into ISM model,and the influence path of the critical constraints of green construction was analyzed based on ISM-ANP hybrid model,and the green construction promotion strategy was put forward corresponding.The main research conclusions were as follows:(1)The 20 main constraints of green construction from six levels of technology,economy,management,policy,market and awareness were identified.(2)According to the influence relationship in the constraint system,the system could be divided into four layers,from the bottom to the top,showing the rule of “policy,awareness constraint layer → management,market constraint layer → technical constraint layer → economic constraint layer”.(3)“insufficient regulation and supervision”,“imperfect incentive policies of relevant subjects”,“weak green awareness”,“insufficient management and support of construction units”,“lack of green construction management system and ability”,“insufficient market demand”,“insufficient technological innovation and upgrading”,“restriction of construction technology” and “high cost of green construction” were the critical constraints of green construction.(4)The critical constraints in the system formed a critical influence path as “lack of government intervention and consciousness guidance → lack of market supply and demand,lack of management system → lack of technological progress and innovative technology diffusion →production cost restriction”.(5)To promote green construction,we should take corresponding countermeasures along the influence path of these critical constraints,that was,to promote technological progress with market demand as the traction and innovation management as the driving force,and to reduce production costs through technological progress,so as to better promote green construction.
