| With the popularization of new LED light sources and the elimination of incandescent lamps,LEDs have played its advantages in low energy consumption in many places.LEDs are high efficiency,and environmental protection.They are used in many places,such as shopping malls,squares,green landscapes,schools,homes,and classrooms and so on.You can see the LEDs everywhere.As classroom lighting attaches more and more attention,the blackboard lamps that in front of the blackboard also are also caming into being.After investigation and literature review,it is found that the uniformity of the illuminance of the blackboard area in China is far below the national standard.Because of these two reasons:First,the installation position of the blackboard has not been scientifically adjusted,we just install the blackboard light above the blackboard.The second reason is that we only replace the blackboard light with a traditional LED light,which has a symmetrical light distribution curve,that will cause the teacher to be easily affected by the glare.The blackboard lamp should be applied with asymmetric intensity distribution,and a specific optical system design should be performed.The first chapter of this article is to review the relevant knowledge of classroom lighting and then summarize and sort out the research progress of classroom lighting and blackboard lights at home and abroad.The development of blackboard lighting and blackboard lights at home and abroad has been comprehensively analyzed based on previous studies.Whether at home or abroad,blackboard lighting has not been given much attention.Most blackboard lighting does not meet the standard.The reason is that there is some problems with the installation of the blackboard light and the blackboard light.Most of the optical design uses reflection or separated from the light source,or the light source,the reflector,and the lens.So there are disadvantages in maintenance and light efficiency.The second and the third chapters summarize and sort out the knowledge points that related to this topic,which are the basis of non-imaging optics and the free-form surface foundation.So we can have a favorable theoretical support for the research of the next few chapters.The fourth chapter is the installation of the blackboard and relate the analysis of the position that limits the installation positions of the blackboard lights in two dimensions.Analyze the eye structure,glare theory,and classroom structure and so on.Then integrate the teacher’s eyes,blackboard lights,and blackboard are simplified into mathematical models.A reasonable installation plan of the blackboard light was tested and verified by simulation software.After clarifying the installation position,the fifth chapter is to design the lens of the blackboard light by using the idea of cutting method,and then using numerical solution to solve the position of each point on the surface at the coordinates,and then fitting the curve and adjustment.In the verification of the results,the sixth chapter is to use Dialux to analyze and import the obtained light distribution curve into the model to calculate the glare values and uniformity of the students and teachers to ensure the classroom illumination and uniformity.On the premise that the parameter values have reached the national standard,the correctness of the design of this topic is verified. |
