With the opening of airspace control,general aviation has developed rapidly,and the safe operation and continued airworthiness of helicopters have been threatened.Helicopter safety monitoring and prewarning is one of the important methods to ensure the safety of helicopter flight.Its key is to analyze flight data in specific flight scenarios such as extreme atmospheric environment and determine the data characteristics of unsafe events.However,the current lack of data recording equipment on helicopters makes it difficult to obtain data,which cannot satisfy the research on helicopter safety monitoring and pre-warning methods.Based on the requirements of helicopter safety monitoring data,this paper establishes a helicopter safety monitoring data simulation system,which provides a data basis for the research of helicopter safety monitoring and pre-warning methods.The thesis first analyzes the requirements of the continued airworthiness in airworthiness regulations for the helicopter’s safe operation,determines the requirements for safety monitoring data,and proposes the overall technical solution of the helicopter safety monitoring data simulation system according to the functional requirements of the helicopter safety monitoring system.Secondly,a mathematical model of each module of the helicopter safety monitoring data simulation system is established,including a comprehensive simulation model of helicopter dynamics,flight control,atmospheric wind environment,avionics sensors and key data simulation of engine.Then,based on the MFC development platform and Matlab Simulink simulation tools,using object-oriented software development methods,the functions of each module of the helicopter safety monitoring data simulation system were designed and implemented,and the integration between each module was realized through UDP network transmission and file transmission.Finally,the entire system was simulated and verified by stabilizing forward flight,stabilizing control simulation and complete flight process simulation.The simulation results show that the safety monitoring simulation data model has high accuracy,and when flying forward stably,the relative error with the actual helicopter trim data is 2.5%.The case of helicopter maneuverability and maneuvering safety monitoring cases under gusts proves the application value of the helicopter safety monitoring data simulation system.The system can simulate flight status data in the entire flight envelope under different atmospheric wind environments for specific flight scenarios Research on Helicopter Safety Monitoring and Pre-warning.
