| Runway incursion is the primary problem affecting the safety and efficiency of airport scene operation.Due to the inherent defects of scene surveillance methods and the inevitable human errors,it is urgent to implement the runway incursion warning system.In order to make up for the shortcomings of scene monitoring methods and controllers’ "forgetting and missing" errors,this paper proposes a runway incursion early warning technology based on runway operation deviation identification and control,which mainly focuses on the acquisition and deduction of control instructions,aircraft trajectory prediction and runway incursion early warning.Firstly,this paper obtains the status information of vehicles/aircraft in the airport scene through ADS-B.By means of electronic process sheet and ATC speech,the instructions issued by controller are obtained,and the principles of the two instruction acquisition methods are analyzed.In order to solve the problem that IFLYTEK speech recognition system is not accurate to the controller’s instruction recognition,the recognition rate of IFLYTEK ATC speech is improved by improving the way of IFLYTEK ’s ATC speech recognition.Secondly,in order to predict the trajectory of the aircraft / vehicle on the scene,an interactive multiple model(IMM)algorithm is proposed to calibrate the real-time data position information of ADS-B,and then uses the calibrated information combined with the motion conversion model to extrapolate the trajectory.In order to improve the accuracy of trajectory prediction,this paper takes the historical trajectory information of the scene into account,and proposes an improved trajectory extrapolation algorithm.When the lack of credible observation data,it is possible to predict the trajectory of moving targets in a short time by combining the historical trajectory of the scene with the improved extrapolation method.Then,the airport scene static and dynamic model,scene moving target activity model,time window movement models based on instruction and aircraft trajectory extrapolation of time windows mobile model are built,and the runway incursion early warning alarm algorithm is designed.Combined with the results of ATC instruction deduction,aircraft trajectory prediction and time window moving model,the early warning system of runway incursion is simulated and analyzed based on the data of Nanjing Lukou International Airport.Finally,combining the theoretical basis and technical means proposed in the previous parts of this paper,the early warning system of runway invasion is designed and implemented,and the feasibility of the early warning system is verified by a case. |
