With the development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of construction waste generated therefrom has also increased rapidly.How to efficiently and scientifically recycle construction waste to realize the recycling,reduction and harmless treatment of construction waste has become a research topic concerned by various universities and scientific research institutions.At the same time,construction waste has the characteristics of good water stability,strong water permeability,and material strength to meet the needs of road construction.It is a good roadbed filler after crushing and screening.This thesis relies on the project of “ Research on Performance and Environmental Protection Application Technology of Construction Waste Road in Jingzhou City”,and starts the research on the water stability of embankment filled with construction waste.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the construction waste recycled materials transported back from the construction waste filling subgrade site of the North Expressway in Jingzhou City,the technical index test research and physical and mechanical performance test research of the construction waste recycled materials are carried out to analyze whether these construction waste can meet the requirements of subgrade and roadbed filler.(2)Under the dry-wet cycle condition,the water stability of the construction waste recycled materials and the water stability changes of the construction waste recycled materials after cement improvement and anti-seepage treatment were analyzed.The anti-seepage treatment and cement improvement on the construction waste regeneration were analyzed.The effect of improving the water stability of materials provides a scientific basis for the improvement and application of construction waste recycled materials.(3)Observe and analyze the microstructure of the cement improved sample,give a scientific and reasonable explanation of its macroscopic mechanical properties,water stability,etc.,and provide a scientific basis for cement improved construction waste.(4)Based on the research results mentioned above,four design schemes for water stability of roadbed are proposed.Through the improvement of construction waste recycling materials and the optimization design of roadbed structure,the water stability of construction waste recycling materials and the functions of roadbed prevention and drainage are enhanced.Build test roadbeds,verify the feasibility of engineering schemes,and put forward roadbed construction,engineering acceptance quality assessment standards and on-site monitoring methods.In this study,through the combination of indoor test analysis and on-site construction and monitoring research,the research on the water stability,improvement and application of construction waste recycled materials under dry-wet cycle conditions can provide reference for similar projects.
