In this paper,a kind of double horizontal shaft vibration mixer is introduced to prepare high performance concrete with manufactured sand and natural sand.The research status,the development prospect and vibration mixing performance of this kind of concrete are related.From the perspective of environmental protection,the application of manufactured sand will be more and more extensive.The workability of manufactured sand concrete is poor due to the characteristics of manufactured sand itself,and the emergence and application of vibration mixing technology can make up for this defect,which is precisely the previous research on high-performance concrete of manufactured sand and natural sand based on vibration mixing is less.Based on this,the research topic of this paper is proposed.In this paper,the characteristics of manufactured sand are discussed,and a solution to the shortcomings of manufactured sand is put forward,that is,vibration mixing technology is adopted,and then the mechanism and development of vibration mixing are described.In addition,the parameters of the double horizontal shaft vibration mixer used in the test are introduced.Four factors and three levels,namely water binder ratio(0.3,0.31,0.32),fly ash content(0,10%,20%),the sand ratio(39%,41%,43%)and manufactured sand replacement ratio(50%,60%,70%),were selected for orthogonal test to determine a group of manufactured sand natural sand mix ratio based on vibration mixing.Changing the current frequency of vibration motor that is changing the vibration intensity.Through the comparative test of applying vibration and non vibration,explore the influence of the change of vibration intensity on the workability,compression and splitting performance of concrete and the durability.By changing the mixing time of forced mixing,the time amount of vibration mixing shortened when the concrete prepared by vibration and non-vibration methods reached the same performance was explored.To control the content of manufactured sand and stone powder and explore the influence of the content of stone powder on the performance of concrete.By changing the method of mixing process under vibration mixing,we can explore which process can produce concrete with better workability,mechanical properties and durability.Finally,through the analysis of the test results,the parameters of the double horizontal axis vibration mixing test prototype for the preparation of manufactured sand and natural sand high-performance concrete are obtained,and then it is popularized in industrial machinery and engineering applications.The results show that the performance of concrete is better when the water binder ratio is 0.3,the content of fly ash is 0,the sand ratio is 43% and the replacement ratio of manufactured sand is 60%.Under the three vibration conditions,the concrete prepared at the vibration strength of 5.3 has good workability.Under the three kinds of stone powder content,the workability is better when the stone powder content is 7%.The compressive strength of concrete during vibration mixing is higher than that of conventional forced mixing.After changing the vibration mixing process,all the performance indexes of concrete are improved,and the splitting strength is improved more significantly,and the maximum can be increased by 15%.The cement sand and gravel method can improve the workability of concrete even more.In addition,to a certain extent,the higher the vibration intensity,the larger the gas content value.The higher the content of sand and gravel powder,the smaller the gas content.
