| With the increase of the domestic labor cost,the difficulty in recruiting workers engaged in the dangerous chemical packaging industry has become increasingly prominent,now it is increasingly urgent to transform the semi-automatic production mode into a fully automatic production mode,and the labeling and sewing device after filling and measuring of dangerous chemicals is an indispensable link in the packaging of large bags of dangerous chemicals,therefore,it is an urgent demand of the market to develop a kind of labeling and sewing device for packaging bags by using machines instead of manual labor.Firstly,based on the technical characteristics for the big bag packaging feasible process route was obtained,and also analyzed the seam was obtained and the technological process for the target,and put forward to realize the function of structure scheme,and then through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the solutions and obtained the optimal solution,and in view of the solution,in for the big bag packaging production line,the solution obtained by the structure layout.Secondly,the structural design of the joint and the key components of the supply standard was carried out.The 3d modeling of the key components was carried out through the Solid Works software,and the 3d model of the key components was assembled.The finite element analysis of the suture column was carried out,and the structural design was verified to meet the work requirements.Finally,the engineering drawing and assembly drawing were drawn for the joint and the parts for the standard,and the parts were processed.According to the general assembly drawing,the qualified parts were installed and debugged at the same time.The field test proved that the seam and the supply met all the technical indexes. |
