The energy crisis has always been one of the arduous challenges facing the sustainable development of human society.Countries have made various efforts to solve the energy crisis.At present,the development of new energy has made many breakthroughs.There are many ideal new energy sources,and solar energy is one of the most ideal energy sources for solving the human energy crisis.The semiconductor photocatalytic hydrogen production technology converts low-density solar energy to obtain high-density hydrogen energy,which is a promising solution to solve the energy crisis.Metal organic framework materials(MOFs)have been widely used as hotspot materials in recent years,and their superior high porosity,structural measurability,and large specific surface have been widely concerned.In recent years,there have been many reports on photohydrolysis of hydrogen from pure MOFs.However,the MOFs material itself is easy to hydrolyze,its own organic framework brings high resistivity,and weak absorption of sunlight,which limits the development of MOFs in photolysis water.As one of the photocatalysts,the inorganic catalyst itself has strong light absorbing ability,and most of the inorganic catalysts have superior electrocatalytic properties,so that the resistivity is low,and the carrier migration efficiency can be effectively improved,so it has been One of the preferred choices for photocatalysts However,the specific surface area of the inorganic catalyst is very low,which lowers the contact surface of the material itself with light and raw materials,so that the efficiency of the inorganic catalyst is also limited,so preparation of a catalyst having a high specific surface has always been an important challenge of catalytic chemistry.The MOFs material is rich in abundant metal sources,and its high porosity and structural controllability make MOFs materials as source materials.Through the secondary treatment method,high surface catalysts can be obtained,and various derivatives derived therefrom.It is widely used in electrocatalysis and photocatalysis.In this paper,we have made in-depth research on the synthesis of MOFs and their photocatalytic hydrogen production.The contents are as follows:(1)A novel MOF material was synthesized by using the organic ligand and Ni.The synthesized Cd S was added to the growth environment of Ni-MOF.The recombination of Cd S was completed in the process of MOF synthesis.A composite of Cd S/Ni S was synthesized by means of vulcanization.Through testing,it inherited the high porosity of Ni-MOFs and its surface area had reached 187.54m2g-1.Moreover,it was found that the vulcanization temperature could improve the photocatalytic hydrogen production performance of the material by affecting the crystallinity of the material.Its optimum efficiency was 524.6μmol/h.Through various characterization methods,it conforms to the energy band structure of the heterojunction,which can accelerate the separation speed of carriers and achieve efficient hydrogen production.(2)Two kinds of isomorphic single metal MOFs and one bimetallic MOFs were synthesized by using organic ligands with Zn and Cd as raw materials.A ZnxCd1-xS solid solution material with high photocatalytic performance was synthesized by vulcanization.By adjusting the doping ratio of the metal element when this MOFs material synthesized,the metal element content ratio of the solid solution had been changed.The result found that the solid solution could not only achieve the ability to absorb light by changing the band structure,but also improve the photoelectron transition efficiency,at the same time the photocatalytic hydrogen production performance got improving.Its optimum elemental content ratio reached 1432.5μmol/h.(3)Two kinds of single-metal isomorphic MOFs and two kinds of bimetallic materials containing Co and Cd were synthesized by using organic ligands and Cd and Co as raw materials for synthesizing MOF.A hetero-junction material such as Co S/Cd S was obtained by the same vulcanization scheme.Through testing,when the elemental ratio of Co:Cd reached 5:10,the heterojunction material after bimetallic MOF vulcanization has the best hydrogen production performance.The efficiency was 572.4μmol/h.Compared with the sulfide product Cd S of single metal MOF,this heterojunction material could effectively improve the light absorption and accelerate the migration efficiency of carriers,thereby improving the hydrogen production effect.
