| Condom is a flexible body of natural latex rubber material.It is difficult to adjust the attitude of such flexible material in industrial production.In the electronic inspection process of semi-finished condom,it is difficult to automatically adjust to a unified attitude,which makes the automation process of upper die and electric inspection process slow,resulting in the whole industry production efficiency is low.This paper designs and studies the automatic production line of condom electrical inspection,mainly studies the movement and attitude change of a single condom material in the negative pressure conveying pipeline in the conveying shaping module,and realizes the adjustment of its attitude according to the hydrodynamic mechanism to realize the automation of the electrical inspection process.First,the parameters of each mechanism of the electric inspection line are determined and then the working modules are divided,and the three-dimensional structure design of the transportation and shaping module,the on-mode electric inspection module and the packaging module and the key components of the production line is completed by using the Creo.Single condom material was continuously transported by means of suction pneumatic conveying,and the fluid flow in negative pressure conveying pipeline was analyzed and the energy loss of airflow was calculated.Then the two-dimensional computing model is created with Autocad software,and the grid division and boundary definition of the computing model are carried out with software gambit,and then imported into the fluent to carry on the numerical simulation calculation to the condom in the pipeline.The flow field movement in the pipeline is analyzed and the movement and trajectory of starch solid particles in the pipeline are tracked in real time.Finally,the experimental platform of negative pressure conveying pipeline is built,and the two kinds of attitude of condom entering the pipeline entrance are compared.The results show that the negative pressure conveying and shaping pipe designed and studied in this paper can realize the attitude adjustment of single condom material during the conveying process. |
