GET(GET methane Gas as renewable Energy at rice fields Tian)is a technology developed abroad to produce bio-methane from straw in the field.Using GET technology to produce bio-methane from rice straw in paddy fields can not only obtain clean energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but also improve the soil fertility of farmland. For introduction and promotion of the technology, this study the use of improved GET test apparatus, carried out based on the technology of the GET straw and livestock manure mixed anaerobic fermentation to produce methane field experiment, this paper probes into the livestock manure species in the process of the trial(biogas slurry, cow dung, sheep dung and pig),two straw weight test factors and their combination of biological methane production and the effect of soil fertility. The main results were as follows:1)The yield and concentration of bio-methane in each treatment group changed dynamically with the fermentation process, with the highest in the early stage and the lowest in the later stage.Among them, the methane concentration in biogas slurry treatment group, cow manure treatment group, sheep manure treatment group and control group reached the highest level on the 70 th day,the 56 th day,the 56 th day and the 42 nd day respectively, and the methane concentration in pig manure treatment group reached the highest level on the 28 th day.The concentration of bio-methane in the treatment group treated with livestock manure(biogas slurry, cow manure, sheep manure and pig manure)was generally higher than that in the control group, while the concentration in the treatment groups treated with livestock manure was as follows: pig manure treatment group > cow manure treatment group > biogas slurry treatment group > sheep manure treatment group.2)Different types of livestock manure and straw mixed anaerobic fermentation have a significant impact on the yield of bio-methane.The highest yield was obtained from pig manure, which was 73.73%,158.49%,177.49% and 295.38% higher than that from biogas slurry, cow manure, sheep manure and control. The yield of biogas slurry was 48.79%,59.72% and 127.58% higher than that of cow manure, sheep manure and control. The yield of bio-methane from cow manure and sheep manure was 52.96% and 42.48% higher,respectively.3)The yield of bio-methane increased first and then decreased with the increase of the application amount of rice straw, and the optimal treatment capacity was 100 kg/row.The production of bio-methane can be promoted by adding livestock manure. In the treatment of biogas slurry and pig manure, the ratio of straw to farm manure is 100 kg and 100 kg is the best.In the treatment of cow manure, the ratio of 125 kg and 120 kg straw to livestock manure was the best.In sheep manure treatment, the ratio of 70 kg:70 kg straw and livestock manure was the best.4)The types of livestock manure, straw weight and their interactions all have a certain impact on soil fertility.Among them, the interaction between the type of livestock manure and the amount of rice straw stalks had significant effects on soil organic matter content, total phosphorus content and total nitrogen content, and the interaction between the type of livestock manure and the amount of rice straw stalks had significant effects on total nitrogen content and total phosphorus content.5)Sort of livestock manure on soil organic matter content has a significant effect,of which the effect of pig manure and straw mixed fermentation, the best straw, straw +biogas slurry, straw + cow dung, straw + pig manure and straw in five kinds of processing, respectively, compared with the control of soil total nitrogen content increased 35.72%,41.11%,18.62%,15.20% and 30.08%,five processing, respectively, compared with the control of soil organic matter content increased by 109.27%,183.67%,152.39%,150.15%and 171.76%.6)Straw weight had a significant impact on soil organic matter content and phosphorus content. The straw use amount of 70 kg/ row,85 kg/ row,100 kg/ row and 125kg/ row was 135.94%,138.98%,146.81% and 156.15% higher than that of the control group, respectively. The total nitrogen content was 21.18%,11.11%,10.11% and 24.70%higher than that of the control group, respectively. The total phosphorus content increased respectively by 53.68%,46.79%,63.52% and 50.21%.However,the increase of soil organic matter content was no longer significant after the straw weight exceeded 100 kg.7)In the experimental ratio of livestock manure and straw, biogas slurry, cow manure and pig manure all have the best effect of fertilization at 125 kg: 120 kg,while sheep manure has the best effect at 70 kg: 70 kg.
