Since the end of 1970s when China implemented the policy of domestic reform and opening to the outside world,China’s economy has developed rapidly and its GNP has been rising continuously. However, behind the economic prosperity,it has also brought about increasingly serious environmental pollution problems. In recent years, the environmental protection industry has received more and more attention from the state because it has the dual-effect function of protecting the environment and promoting economic development, which is of great significance for China’s economic transformation.Although the national government has been vigorously supporting the environmental protection industry, most of the environmental protection projects have long investment cycles, low investment returns, and long-term gains, which makes the financing difficulties of enterprises restrict the development of the environmental protection industry. This paper takes company A,an environmental protection enterprise,as A case study.Starting from the current operating situation of company A,it first introduces the basic situation and current operating situation of the enterprise, and then analyzes the financing situation of company A from three aspects of financing structure, financing channels and financing methods. In this way,the problems existing in company A’s financing and the reasons for their formation are put forward. Then, according to the improvement principle of company A’s financing needs and financing methods, the paper studies the improvement of financing structure, financing channels and financing methods. At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement of company A’s financing mode, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures.
