In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,Meanwhile,the water pollution of urban production and living has increased a lot,which has caused damage to the water environment and even the whole natural environment of the city.In order to improve the water environment in China,it is necessary to transform the wastewater treatment plant.Based on the sewage plant of H city as the research object,to analyze the treatment effect of the original process of the sewage plant,found the H city sewage factory original processing scale for the 2×104m3/d.The original treatment process is Coarse grille+Lift pump station+Fine rack+Vortex-type grit+Hydrolytic acidification+TU oxidation ditch+Secondary sedimentation tank+Chlorine disinfection.Effluent meet Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002)secondary standard.Now the sewage factory processing flow must be increased 5×104m3/d.and the treated wastewater will meet the Class A+standard.The sewage plant is divided into two parts.The first is retrofit on the basis of the original process.The scale of the reconstruction project and the pretreatment structure remain unchanged,Change“TU oxidation ditch”to“multi-stage AO”operation mode,After the second pond set"flocculation precipitation+filtration+disinfection"deep processing.The second is the expansion project of 5×104m3/d.Expansion project adoption:“Coarse grille+Vortex-type grit+Hydrolytic acidification+Multi-stage AO+MBR membrane pool+Ozone contact+Chlorination disinfection”.Based on the operation of the renovation and expansion project found:When influent water in modification process was as follows:COD:105.21-1892.3mg/L,BOD5:44.86-750.6mg/L,NH3-N:14.23-127.5mg/L,TN:29-108mg/L,TP:1.47-29.6mg/L,SS:75-1805mg/L,And anoxic period for adding the 3.15 t/m3sodium acetate,The water quality meet the requirements.However,the operation temperature of lifting process can improve the effect of water treatment.At low temperature,the physicochemical treatment agent should be increased to improve the effect of physicochemical phosphorus removal.When influent water in expansion process was as follows:COD:162.67-1402.86mg/L,BOD5:44.08-596.03mg/L,NH3-N:22.05-144.15mg/L,TN:53-1566mg/L,SS:70-1570mg/L,Effluent quality basically meets discharge standards.This upgrade project total investment is 179.7428 million yuan,unilateral total cost1.427 yuan meter of water.
