Safety in production has always been a serious problem in China’s economic development.In recent years,the number of major accidents has decreased,but the incidence of accidents is still on the rise,the number is still shocking.In this severe situation,the work safety supervision and management department is bound to take some scientific and reasonable effective measures to improve the supervision system and solve the practical problems of the lack of personnel and imperfect system of the work safety supervision and management system at the grassroots level.Work safety supervision is not only closely related to the safety of people’s lives and property,but also closely related to the pace of economic and social development,and is a strong guarantee for the rights and well-being of the people.This paper is to Q city development zone in shandong province as the research object of safety production supervision research,through to the production safety supervising actuality at home and abroad,summarizes the problems and solutions,combined with Q city development zone of production safety supervision work responsibilities and in the implementation of specific work,combing the working process of the development zone of production safety supervision,the author of practical experience in development zone safety supervision work,from the status quo of development zone safety regulation,by choosing development zone administration of emergency,the emergency safeguard service center,the township streets safety staff and enterprise production safety director for survey questionnaire and interview survey,Combined with questionnaire interview and literature research,comparative analysis and other methods,from the institutional,regulatory system,the respect such as emergency rescue found further safety regulation,combed and analyzed to find the reason,combined with the related theory of production safety,finally pointed from perfecting supervision mechanism,building a sound regulatory information and improve the regulation ability of scientific and field of countermeasures,for Q city development zone of production safety supervision work to provide theoretical support.
