Study On Effects Of Nano-Fe2O3 And Quinolone Antibiotics On Typical Aquatic Organisms | | Posted on:2021-03-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:D H Zheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2491306461471014 | Subject:Environmental Science and Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | At this stage,nanoparticulate matter and antibiotics were possible to coexist,so that the joint toxicity of the two to organisms had certain research value.In this paper,nano-Fe2O3 and Ofloxacin,Norfloxacin were selected as experimental materials.Scenedesmus obliquus and zebrafish were the test organisms.The Direct equipartition ray design and the index addition method were used to discussed the mechanism of the above-mentioned materials on the biological antioxidant system.Research indicates:1)NFXL is more toxic to Scenedesmus obliquus and zebrafish than OFXL.2)In a single toxicity test,NFXL and OFXL continued to induced the MDA content of Scenedesmus obliquus,while the SOD activity and CAT activity were both induced and then inhibited.The SOD activity of the NFXL experimental group at the same concentration was higher than that of the OFXL and nano-Fe2O3 experimental groups.Nano-Fe2O3 zebrafish SOD activity was the effect of promoted and then inhibited.Nano-Fe2O3 gradually inhibited the content of MDA in zebrafish.Both NFXL and OFXL gradually inhibited the CAT activity of zebrafish.NFXL and OFXL gradually induced content of MDA in zebrafish,and both antibiotics caused oxidative damage to zebrafish.3)In the acute toxicity joint experiment,the S of the combined pollutants on Scenedesmus obliquus were: OFXL+ Nano-Fe2O3 R1=1.41、R2=1.08、R3=1.51;NFXL+ Nano-Fe2O3 R1=1.35、R2=1.18、R3=1.28.The S of combined pollutants on zebrafish are: OFXL+ Nano-Fe2O3 R1=0.72 、 R2=0.86 、 R3=1.60;NFXL+ Nano-Fe2O3 R1=0.86 、R2=1.01、R3=1.83.The acute toxicity of nano-Fe2O3 and OFXL to zebrafish R1 and R2 experimental group were synergistic,and R3 experimental group is antagonistic.The acute toxicity of nano-Fe2O3 and NFXL to zebrafish is synergistic in the R1 experimental group,and the R2 and R3 experimental groups are antagonistic.4)According to the antioxidant of combined toxicity effect to judged SOD activity.The OFXL-nano Fe2O3 and NFXL-nano Fe2O3 experimental groups had antagonistic effects on Scenedesmus obliquus and zebrafish;According to the changes of CAT activity,the OFXL-nano Fe2O3 and NFXL-nano Fe2O3 experimental groups had antagonistic effects on zebrafish;According to the change of MDA content,the NFXL-nano Fe2O3 and OFXL-nano Fe2O3 experimental groups had synergistic effects on the Scenedesmus obliquus and zebrafish. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Nano Fe2O3, OFXL, NFXL, SOD, CAT, MDA, EquRay | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
