Nowadays,the clean rooms with large space structure provide convenience for people to carry out production and life.For example,the production workshops of clean rooms of many food and drug processing plants have a large space.Under the current development mode of green economy,the public’s awareness of self-protection and environmental protection are also being strengthened.The research on clean indoor environmental pollution in large space has gradually become a hot issue in recent years.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the distribution of pollutants in clean rooms in large space.For this reason,this paper discusses how to achieve a reasonable distribution of air distribution in a large space to effectively control pollutants.At the same time,the purpose of energy saving can be achieved under the condition of meeting production requirements of technology and equipment.Based on the above background,aiming at the filling room of the milk factory,the mathematical model of gas-solid two-phase flow is introduced in this paper.FLUENT software is used to simulate pollutant distribution in the large space under two kinds of vector flow air supply modes: on side of the rounded air supply,half cylinder air supply and up and down air supply.The three conditions of pollution source intensity,ventilation rate and pollution source types are changed,and the pollutant concentration distribution at different sections selected under different air supply modes is analyzed through the simulation results.The comparison results of the two vector flow air supply modes are compared with up and down air supply.The results show that: 1)No matter which air supply mode,the lower pollution source or the larger ventilation rate,the smaller the concentration of pollutants in the space.2)The higher the distance from the ground under the vector flow air supply,the smaller the pollutant concentration.The closer to the return air outlet,the greater the concentration of the pollutant.And under the same working conditions,the pollutant concentration in the upper space of half cylinder air supply is lower than that on side of the rounded air supply.3)It is suitable for the pollutants with high density to be discharged by the way of up and down air supply.The pollutants with low density are suitable to be discharged by half cylinder air supply.4)In the way of up and down,most of the pollutants accumulate near the equipment.It is not easy to disperse to the return air ports on both sides,resulting in high concentration of spatial pollutants.In order to achieve the same indoor pollutant concentration level,half cylinder air supply can remove indoor pollutants with less ventilation rate,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
