| Since the 21 st century,networking,digitization and informatization have become the social characteristics,which show the market nature such as instability,mutation and unpredictability.The dynamic environment challenges the survival and development of enterprises.In such a situation,the traditional enterprise strategy theory is difficult to guarantee the effectiveness of the strategy because of its one-sided,static and mechanical characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic strategic theory strategic evolution.Value creation is the process of creating profits and maintaining for a long time,and it is an important goal for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper focuses on the relationship between Strategic Evolution and enterprise value creation,introduces dynamic capability theory,follows the logical framework of "strategy capability value",and opens the "black box" of strategic evolution to promote enterprise value creation,so as to help enterprises with strategic adjustment and transformation find a way to create value,and also provides a way for enterprises to cultivate dynamic capabilities and realize value creation in dynamic environment Reference.This paper takes the listed company Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,through field investigation and interview and other research methods,taking the dynamic ability as the breakthrough point,deeply analyzes the strategic evolution process,value creation mechanism and effect of Jianfeng group.Specifically,in terms of strategic evolution and dynamic capabilities,based on the results of coding analysis,we find that in the process of strategic evolution,the dynamic capabilities possessed by enterprises have a cumulative effect.The evolution of enterprise strategy can promote the evolution of its dynamic capabilities.The dynamic capability of the case enterprise Jianfeng group has been accumulating in the process of its strategic evolution.With the evolution of the strategy from "entrepreneurial strategy → scale expansion strategy → absolute diversification strategy→ relative diversification strategy",it has experienced an advanced stage of "perception ability → absorption ability → integration ability → innovation ability";in terms of dynamic capability and value creation,it should cope with environmental changes The dynamic capabilities can help enterprises to comply with the requirements of market development,quickly adapt to the changing pulse of the external market,match the resource allocation mode under the existing strategy,and enable enterprises to continuously obtain new competitive advantages and realize value creation.On this basis,based on the value chain theory and smile curve theory,this paper constructs the path mechanism of different dimensions of dynamic capabilities to achieve value creation.On the whole,this paper studies the value creation path of Jianfeng group’s strategic evolution.From the perspective of dynamic capabilities,this paper opens the "black box" of strategic evolution to enterprise value,and constructs an analysis path of "strategic evolution→ dynamic capability evolution → enterprise value creation",which has a certain positive significance for the cultivation of enterprise dynamic ability,and also for enterprises to carry out in dynamic environment Strategic transformation and adjustment provide some reference suggestions. |
