| With the rapid progress of science and technology,There are many methods to detect the content of chemical elements,and constantly develop in the direction of precision,automation and networking.The traditional chemical titration detection method has been unable to fully satisfy with the requirements of the Chemical Institute.Based on the existing technology,how to ensure the accuracy,rapidity and diversity of titration experiment is the key to solve the problem.Therefore,this paper puts forward the automatic control system of chemical titration to improve the speed and accuracy of chemical titration.As follows,The main work of this article is :(1)Through a lot of number of experimental analysis,it is found that the color of the solution will change firstly and then steeply in the process of c-hemical titration reaction.In response of this change process,SVM algorithm and twin support vector machine algorithm are used to predict the slow droppi-ng point of chemical titration and control the speed.(2)According to the change of solution color,the curve characteristics w-ere analyzed,and the results of two kinds of control titration speed models were compared.It was concluded that the twin support vector machine was more accurate and faster in shortening the detection time and improving the detection speed,timely judging the titration end point,and stopping the chemical titration wor k,at the same time,the content of the sample to be tested is calculated..(3)Based on the hardware machine vision platform,the color change of chemical chemical reaction solution is monitored in real time,and the data is transmitted to the computer in time.The color space model is used to process and analyze the titration end point accurately.In order to better monitor the hardware platform,LabVIEW is used to write the program for functional design,which mainly includes monitoring hardware implementation steps,real-time collection of chemical solution color change,setting of various standard operation parameters,chemical reaction rule base and real-time calculation of substance content,etc.,which realizes automatic control.In this article,the system was tested by testing iron and calcium ions.After many experimental trainings,the twin support vector function can accurately predict the slow drop point,control the titration speed,and detect the content of the liquid to be tested.The results show that the chemical titration system improves the titration accuracy,effectively saves the titration time,and obtains the accurate content of the liquid to be detected.The system can be widely used in chemical titration. |
