Experimental Study On Ammoniation Of Analcime To Produce Ammonio Leucite | Posted on:2022-02-12 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Tang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2491306350984929 | Subject:Master of Engineering | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Extracting potassium salts from insoluble potash minerals is of great strategic significance for reducing the external dependence of potash fertilizer and ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture in China.The premise for its industrialization is the large-scale utilization of silicon and aluminum by-products.Analcime is one of the main by-products of extracting potassium salts from insoluble potash minerals.The current treatment methods and technologies can not digest such large amount of analcime.Fertilizers are chemicals that can be consumed in large quantities.Using analcime to synthesize ammonium leucite as a slow-release fertilizer has broad application prospects in agriculture.This paper is based on the "Comprehensive utilization of insoluble potash mines resources",and the application research of by-product analcime is carried out.The paper establishes a new process for the preparation of ammonium leucite by ammonium analcime.By controlling the reaction temperature,reaction time,and ammonium chloride concentration,the optimal process conditions for the production of ammonium leucite are determined.The limit NH4+:Na+concentration ratio of ammonium exchange is determined to be 8:2 by the cyclic experiment of ammonium salt solution.The separation of mixed solution of ammonium chloride and sodium chloride was realized.The equilibrium phase diagrams of NH4Cl-NaCl-H2O system under the conditions of 343K,353K and 363k which has not been reported in the literature had been studied in this paper.On the basis of the phase diagram,combined with the separation method of sodium chloride and ammonium chloride in Hou Debang’s Soda Method,the three-cycle evaporation and cooling crystallization separation processes of ammonium chloride and sodium chloride were studied and determined.Through experiments,a 93.8%recovery rate of ammonium chloride is achieved at a temperature of 363K.The recovered ammonium chloride meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 2946-2018 industrial ammonium chloride qualified product,which achieves the purpose of ammonium chloride recycling and effectively reduces the cost of the analcime ammoniation process.In this paper,analcime is used as the raw material,and ammonium chloride is recycled to produce ammonium leucite.The process is simple,economical,and there is no discharge of waste water,waste gas,and solid waste.The production process is clean,has good environmental compatibility,and the product has high added value,which has a good market prospect. | Keywords/Search Tags: | analcime, ammonium leucite, phase equilibrium, variable temperature crystallization | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
