| The composition of domestic garbage is complex,and the syngas produced by gasification catalytic reforming often contains a certain amount of pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide,which seriously restricts the further application of syngas.Efficient removal of H2S from syngas has an important auxiliary role in promoting the industrial application of domestic waste gasification catalytic upgrading technology and expanding the application of waste gasification.Based on this,different types of desulfurizers were prepared and used in the basic research of catalytic removal of H2S.The effective components and reasonable ratio of reasonable desulfurizers were clarified,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)ZnA supported desulfurizer was prepared by impregnation method with A-type molecular sieve as carrier,ZnO as active component and CuO as auxiliary.It was used to remove H2S experiment.The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of H2S is up to 94.01%when the loading of ZnO is 15%.The addition of CuO additive has no obvious improvement effect on the desulfurization performance of the supported desulfurizer with NaA molecular sieve as the carrier.When the molar ratio of CuO to active component ZnO is 1:4,0.25Cu-15%ZnA The removal efficiency of the loaded desulfurizer to H2S is only 74.85%.The results of 15%ZnA-supported desulfurizer for the removal of H2S from syngas indicate that the removal efficiency of H2S in the synthesis gas increases first and then decreases with the extension of reaction time,15%ZnA.The removal efficiency of the H2S in the syngas by the supported desulfurizer can reach up to 93.56%.(2)With active Al2O3 as carrier,ZnO as active component and CuO as auxiliary agent,Cu-Zn/Al2O3 supported desulfurizer was prepared by impregnation method and used to remove H2S experiment.The experimental results show that the Zn/Al2O3 supported desulfurizer has the highest removal efficiency of H2S when the loading of ZnO is 10%,which is up to 84.74%.The addition of CuO promoter can improve the desulfurization performance of the supported desulfurizer with active Al2O3 as carrier.When the molar ratio of CuO to active component ZnO is 1:2,the desorption of 0.5Cu-10%Zn/Al2O3 In addition to high efficiency,the maximum can reach 94.22%.The results of 0.5Cu-10%Zn/Al2O3 supported desulfurizer for the removal of H2S from syngas indicate that the removal efficiency of H2S in syngas increases with the prolongation of reaction time,0.5Cu-10%Zn/Al2O3 supported desulfurizer can achieve the highest removal efficiency of H2S in syngas up to 94.89%.(3)Using a solution of indigo cobalt sulfonate mixture(GTS)as a base solution,Nmethyldiethanolamine(MEDA)and diethylenetri amine(DETA)were added respectively to prepare a compound desulfurizer,which was used to remove H2S experiment.The experiment shows that the removal efficiency of H2S reaches 93%when the concentration of the solution of indigo cobalt sulfonate mixture(GTS)is 0.006 g/m3 and the reaction temperature is 40℃;Nmethyldiethanolamine is added to the GTS solution.When the content of(MEDA)is 30%MEDA/GTS,the removal efficiency of H2S can reach up to 99%;when the content of diethylenetriamine(DETA)is 30%DETA/GTS added to GTS solution,the removal efficiency of H2S can be It reached 95%.The results of H2S removal of 30%MEDA/GTS desulfurizer for syngas removal showed that the desulfurization agent showed a decreasing trend of H2S removal efficiency in syngas with the extension of reaction time.At 10 min,The removal efficiency to H2S is up to 98%. |
