Research On The Reconstruction Of Venous Industry Circulation System Based On Blockchain Technology

Since the party’s Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee put forward the idea of "making resource conservation the most basic state policy,developing circular economy and protecting the ecological environment",the circular economy model with the core of reduction,reuse and recycling(3R principle)has developed rapidly in China and gradually become a major strategic decision in China.The Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and emission reduction for the 13 th five-year plan released on January 5,2017 clearly states: we will vigorously develop the circular economy,we will promote the quality and upgrading of resource-using industries,promote the comprehensive utilization of large amounts of solid waste in a coordinated way,and accelerate the integrated development of the Internet and resource recycling."We should strengthen the guidance and standardization of blockchain technology," Xi said during eighteen collective study session of the Politburo."We should implement the rule of law network into the management of blockchain and promote the safe and orderly development of blockchain.".The circulation system of traditional vein industry has the following problems:information is not circulating,and the recovery channels are not perfect,low Utilization of resources and other issues.Nowadays,it is advocated to integrate Internet and resource circulation.In this paper,blockchain technology is selected and embedded in venous industry circulation system to solve the existing problems and make venous industry circulation system develop further.Based on the theory of circular economy,the theory of Vein Industry and the basic theory of blockchain technology,this paper draws on the practical experience of constructing System dynamics model in related fields at home and abroad;This paper introduces the present situation of the circulation system of vein industry,analyzes the problems existing in the development from the organizational level,the management level and the information transmission level,and integrates the blockchain technology into the circulation system of vein industry,from the perspective of embedded thinking,application dimensions,operation mode and the fit between them as well as the advantages of the feasibility analysis;The system dynamics model of venous industry circulation system is constructed.Firstly,the system boundary is determined and analyzed from the cause and effect diagram of four subsystems: supply,recovery,resource and market,the model variables are selected to construct the venous industry circulation system model,and the Vensim software is used to output the simulated values for many years,and the comparison with the historical data proves that the model is effective,and then the impact factors are fine-tuned,on the basis of the simulation results,the paper puts forward some suggestions and safeguard measures for the blockchain technology embedded in the circulation system of vein industry.
