Research And Development Of Multi-source Data Acquisition And Management System For Intelligent Manufacturing Of Cement Grinding

Intelligent manufacturing is an inherent requirement for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.As the backbone of the national economic development,cement companies play an important role in the manufacturing industry.Cement grinding is the terminal link of cement production and the final control point of product quality.The realization of intelligent and refined management of its production process is the guarantee of high-quality cement production.Data is the basis for achieving intelligence,but the existing cement grinding enterprises have low informatization level,production-related data is not obtained in time,high energy consumption,low production capacity and other issues have been restricting the development of enterprises.In order to promote the intelligent and informatized construction of enterprises,eliminate the phenomenon of "information islands",and realize the unified collection and unified management of production process data,it is particularly important to establish connections between data.Based on the research background of a cement grinding enterprise in Dongping,this paper develops a multi-source data collection and management system for intelligent cement grinding manufacturing according to the characteristics of the enterprise’s wide range of data sources and types.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Through the research on the production process of specific cement grinding enterprises,and aiming at the multi-sources of enterprise data,the selection of monitoring points for enterprise data from different sources has been completed.(2)The network structure and overall structure design of the system are completed,and the system functions are divided into two functional modules: multi-source data acquisition and data management.(3)Completed the detailed design of the multi-source data acquisition module.The data from smart meters,DCS systems,power demand side and ERP systems are collected by serial communication,OPC communication and the establishment of related data interfaces respectively;and related technologies such as serial port,OPC,ADO.net and so on used in the collection process research.(4)Completed the detailed design of the data management module.An enterprise database was created,and the database was divided into management database,electricity meter database and DCS database according to requirements;the classified storage of data was realized,and the collected data was monitored in real time and data synchronization management.(5)The multi-source data acquisition and management system was realized through programming.After on-site debugging,it has been successfully applied to a cement grinding enterprise in Dongping,and the operation effect is good.
