Myricetin was a natural medicine that has the effects of lowering blood sugar,anti-oxidation,analgesia,anti-viral,anti-cancer etc.However,its poor water solubility,low bioavailability and inability to be directly taken orally hinder its wide application.A green and non-toxic material were needed as a carrier for the drug myricetin.Cyclodextrin,as a non-toxic and harmless material,has a low drug loading due to its chaotic and disordered structure.Cyclodextrin metal organic framework material was a kind of green non-toxic three-dimensional ordered porous ordered crystal material(alkali metals ion and cyclodextrin ligand combination)that have large specific surface area,high porosity and good biocompatibility.It was also a good choice as drug carrier.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research progress of two kinds of β-,γ-cyclodextrin andβ-,γ-cyclodextrin derivatives were introduced.At the same time,two organic ligands are combined to further introduce the basic properties,synthesis types,specific methods and applications of cyclodextrin metalorganic framework materials.Then determine the research content of this topic.Secondly,synthesis of two CD-MOFs materials(K-β-CD-MOFs materials and Cs-β-CD-MOFs materials)by a modified solvent vapor diffusion method and Cs-γ-CD-MOFs synthesis by conventional solvent diffusion methods MOFs material.Three crystal structures were obtained by single crystal detection,and then XRD,TG,FIRT,and SEM were also used to analyze behind the prepared and adsorbed materials.The final test results proved that the three crystal materials were successfully synthesized and myricetin was successfully absorbed into the three crystal materials.Thirdly,Drug loading experiment.First,two kinds of CD-MOFs materials(K-β-CD-MOFs material and Cs-β-CD-MOFs material)were synthesized under the same synthesis conditions and under the same adsorption conditions to compare adsorption the drug load of myricetin.Second,the same quality of β-cyclodextrin was compared with the two crystals for the drug loading of myricetin under the conditions of the first adsorption of myricetin.Furthermore,the synthesized Cs-γ-CD-MOFs material and γ-CD material adsorb myricetin under the same conditions,and compare the drug loading capacity of the two materials for myricetin adsorption.Finally,use molecular docking software autodock vina to docking two CD-MOFs materials(K-β-CD-MOFs material and Cs-β-CD-MOFs material)with myricetin respectively,and explore its adsorption mechanism(Package and role and hydrogen bonding).Second,the molecular docking software autodock vina was used to dock the Cs-γ-CDMOFs material with myricetin to exploring its adsorption mechanism(inclusion interaction and hydrogen bonding).
