Industrial Chain Analysis And Optimization Of Chemical Park And Relevant Enterprise Based On Circulatory Economy

Owing to the increasing productivity level,the contradiction between the rapid development of economy and the increasingly severe environmental problems is more serious.Circular economyas a new economic form has drawn much attention worldwide.It is based on the laws of ecology to guide human economic activities,the development of economic and ecosystem,which is a harmonious symbiotic relationship.In this work,the development of circular economy at home and abroad was studied,and the necessity to develop circulatory economy in China was analyzed.Taking the construction of a circular economy industry chain as a guide method,a detailed analysis of J Company and China New Chemical Materials(Jiaxing)Park was carried out,and the following conclusions were obtained.This dissertation analyzes the composition of industry chain in Jiaxing Chemical Industry New Material Park in detail,and designs four industry chains including the methanol industry chain,ethylene industry chain,Aromatics industry chain and C4 industrychain.Through the connection of material and energy flow,the utilization efficiency of resources and energy is obviously improved.We proposes a "reference line for entering the park" by calculating the pollutant emission equivalent in many companies and the value-added of the company’s products,and provides a guidance for the park’s further investment promotion.Companies below the reference line have less impact on the environment and are given priority to enter the industrial park at the same conditions.Companies above the reference line need to ask them to carry out cleaner production and technological upgrading.This study also analyzes the current situation of the industry chain of Jcompany.Under the guidance of the construction requirements of ecology and circular economy,we recommended to add a small set of fatty alcohol equipment and fatty alcohol granulation equipmentto enrich the products of the industry chainfor the existing production facilities of cogeneration,chlor-alkali,sulphuricacid,para-adjacent industries and the fatty alcohol plant in Jcompany.Thus it could improve the utilization of resources and reduce the production of waste through sharing raw materials and resources within the enterprise.
