With the rapid development of economy and urbanization in our country,people’s living improving aslo,and msw is also increasing year by year.Many cities appear the phenomenon of "garbage Besieged".The efficiency of waste management determines people’s quality of life in the city.How to deal with msw in the right way has become an important work in city management.Effective management method also has important practical and guiding significance for other cities.First,it is convenient for cities to make comparison and evaluation on their own waste management level,so as to find out the shortcomings and shortcomings more quickly;second,it is helpful for cities to learn from each other’s in excellent management experience,can treatment the MSW and improvement the management.This paper mainly analyzes the management status of city domestic waste in our country from 2014 to 2019,selects 25 key urban domestic waste management as the angle,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the data results.The article first uses the DEA model for static analysis,analyzing and researching from three levels of technical efficiency analysis,pure technical,efficiency and scale efficiency analysis,and compares the differences in the management efficiency of domestic waste in 25 major cities horizontally and vertically.Then use the Malmquist index to conduct a dynamic analysis of waste management efficiency from 2014 to 2019.In the dynamic development trend,it is found that technological progress can promote the total factor productivity of waste management,analyze the efficiency factors in waste management.From 2014 to 2019,the overall efficiency of municipal solid waste management in my country was 0.790,and the Malmquist index is 0.985.From the static and dynamic aspects,it shows that waste management in China is not high in all,and there is still a lot of room for progress.the results show that there is a positive correlation between technological progress and TFP,and in the process of waste management,increasing scientific and technological progress can improve management efficiency.Figure 22 table 9 reference 60...
