Research On The Influence Of Corporate Governance Structure On Corporate Performance

All this time,more and more scholars focus on the relationship between governance structure and corporate performance.As the research continue,.We have achieved fruitful results.However,most of the theories we have achieved are linked to the traditional industry or the data of stock market,The data about the emerging industry is rare.In recent years,China’s national economy has made remarkable achievements,but increasingly serious environmental pollution has become an obstacle to economic development.How to achieve healthy development,green development has gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society,therefore,the environmental protection industry has entered a period of rapid development.The annual output value of China’s environmental protection industry has exceeded 6 trillion yuan in 2018,and it is estimated that the figure will reach 8 trillion yuan in2020.The environmental protection industry gradually become an engine that can drive our economy to the better future.IF the theory of the relationship between corporate governance structure and performance we have found can be fited into existing practice.Right now,we know very little about this.With the trendy of protecting environment and reduce the waste of resource.We will select data that range from 2013 to 2019 about Listed environmental protection companies,apart from that we will explore the relationship between corporate governance structure and corporate performance by empirical analysis,hoping to Enrich the existing theoretical achievements.This paper will be combined by six parts.The first part just about the background,and the framework of this paper.The second part is the literature review,by reading these literature,we will know better about our topic selection;The third part is the review of corporate governance structure theory and corporate performance evaluation system.In the fourth part,descriptive statistics is used to explain the current situation of the governance structure and corporate performance of China’s environmental protection industry,and reasonable assumptions are made according to the current situation.In the fifth part,based on the description and hypothesis in the previous chapters,the empirical analysis model is established,and the correlation and stationarity are tested according to the obtained equation,and the final conclusion is drawn.The sixth part,based on the conclusion of the fifth chapter, gives the corresponding improvement environmental protection listed company governance structure,provides the specific measures of enterprise performance.In order to reach our conclusion,we will make a reasonable assumption about the relationship between corporate governance structure factors and corporate comprehensive performance.Through factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,the relationship between the two is obtained.In the last of this paper,we will give following Suggestions to improve the performance of environmentally-friendly listed : first,Optimizing the ownership structure by improving the ownership concentration degree;Second,strengthen the communication of the board of directors,optimize the quality of the Board of Directors;third,improve the quality of the Board of supervisors,enhance the quality of decision-making;Fourth,improve the company’s internal incentive system.
