In coal-fired power plants using wet desulfurization technology,the flue gas carries water vapor due to contact with the desulfurization slurry.The flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere and condenses due to the low ambient temperature.The water vapor condenses into liquid droplets,forming a colored plume at the exit of the chimney.This phenomenon not only causes visual pollution,but also blocks sunlight.When the colored plume is severe,chimney rain may even occur,which seriously harms the plant area and the surrounding environment.In this paper,a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit of a power plant is used as a case unit to investigate the generation mechanism and influencing factors of the colored plume phenomenon,as well as the main colored plume elimination technology.Aiming at the tube heat medium circulating flue gas reheating technology,the main heat exchange components of the colored plume elimination system are selected and the calculation method is analyzed.In this paper,using the idea of condensation and reheating,using circulating water,condensate and desulfurization slurry and other circulating working fluids,four different colored plume elimination systems are designed and calculated using Ebsilon software.Use Ebsilon software to model the case unit and verify its accuracy.Based on the accuracy of the model,complete the modeling and calculation of four colored plume elimination systems,and evaluate the changes in power generation,power generation standard coal consumption,and power generation efficiency.The thermodynamic benefits of the four options.Use the scale factor method to calculate the equipment investment in each plan based on the equipment investment of the existing case.Under the premise of changes in power generation benefits,calculate the annual net income increase of each plan,and make a rough assessment of the economics of each optimization plan.The research results of this paper provide new schemes and ideas for the elimination of colored smoke plumes of coal-fired units,and roughly evaluate the cost of system transformation,which has reference significance in practical engineering applications.
