| With the continuous development of industrial production,pharmaceutical packaging machinery has become the most development prospect and the most influential part of the machinery industry.Due to the fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets in the pharmaceutical industry,it puts forward higher requirements on the technical level and automation degree of pharmaceutical packaging machinery and equipment.Therefore,increase the connection and development of pharmaceutical packaging machinery and automation to become the consensus in the industry.This topic is to take the overall design of180 drug packaging machine and its drug plate clamp device as the research carrier,to achieve the modular design and automatic mechanical structure of the packing machine,and then achieve the purpose of human-machine interaction,combined with the research of intelligent drug packaging machine.Firstly,after analyzing the working principle,working flow and control requirements of180 pharmaceutical packing machine,the overall scheme design is based for origami,drug pushing,box sealing and signal design.The electric control system adopts Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the main controller to design the overall control system from hardware and software,complete the selection of electrical components and software programs,realize complex control of solenoid,servo motor,cylinder and signal collection of detection elements such as close switch and pulse encoder.To ensure the stability of the suction box suction instructions,the pressure of the vacuum pump should be calculated and analyzed,and the PID algorithm should be applied to the pneumatic control to keep the pressure in the pump cavity constant.The HMI interface uses the Siemens second generation thin series panel KTP1200 Basic DP as a touch screen with display,monitoring and alarm functions.The communication between the control layer and the monitoring layer adopts the industrial Ethernet communication mode,and then the representative drug plate clamping device is optimized and improved by motion and dynamics analysis on the premise of meeting the working requirements.The automatic control of 180 box loader is realized by using PLC control,servo drive technology,man-machine interaction technology and PID control.The program of the control system is compiled reasonably,the selection of components is accurate,the control precision is high,the program runs stably after simulation and debugging,and the touch screen meets the demand of human-computer interaction in real time,which lays a foundation for guiding the operation of the production line. |
