| In the process of storage,transportation,and use of fuel,water,and various impurities are often mixed in.Engineering machinery fuel tanks exposed to this type of fuel for a long time are prone to corrosion.In severe cases,fuel pipes will be blocked or fuel tanks will leak,resulting in construction machinery.Cannot operate normally.At present,the most commonly used anticorrosive paints for the inner wall of fuel tanks are mostly solvent-based.Solvent-based paints not only pollute the environment during the process of preparation and use but also harm human health.Therefore,this paper has carried out the development and performance evaluation of water-based oil-resistant coatings with good oil-resistant and anti-corrosion properties and less impact on the environment and human health.In this study,0#diesel oil was used as the oil medium and Q235A carbon steel was used as the coating substrate,and a waterborne polyester oil-resistant coating with good comprehensive performance was prepared by carrying out resin screening,optimization of pigments and fillers,and research on the influence of water-based additives.And water-based epoxy oil-resistant paint.Research indicates:When the water-based polyester resin and the amino resin curing agent are cured at a mass ratio of 3:1,the resulting water-based polyester coating has a good comprehensiveness,with a cross-cut method adhesion of 0,pencil hardness of 2H,and flexibility.1mm.Boiled in boiling water for 1 hour,the coating is intact,without wrinkling,blistering,or shedding;After soaking in 0#diesel oil at 105℃for 24 h,the coating has no blistering,wrinkling,or peeling off.The microstructure of the coating was observed with a three-dimensional stereoscopic ultra-depth-of-field microscope.The coating was immersed in 0#diesel at room temperature.With the extension of the immersion time,the diesel gradually penetrated the coating.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy also showed that with the extension of the immersion time,The polyester coating tends to damage.Using single factor variable experiment to study the ratio of waterborne epoxy resin and curing agent,When the mass ratio of waterborne epoxy resin to amino resin curing agent is 25:4,the overall performance of the coating is good,and the adhesion is good.It is level 1,the hardness is 2H,and the flexibility is 1mm.After immersing in 0#diesel oil at 105℃for 24 h,the coating has no blistering,wrinkling,or peeling off;the micromorphology of soaking in 0#diesel oil shows that there is no change in the coating after 21 days of soaking.With the extension of the immersion time,the low-frequency impedance value decreases slightly,but it is about 10~6Ω·cm~2.Comparing the research results of water-based polyester oil-resistant coating and water-based epoxy oil-resistant coating,the protective performance of a water-based epoxy oil-resistant coating is better.The composition analysis of 0#diesel after soaking shows that the prepared water-based polyester coating and water-based epoxy coating have no effect on the quality of diesel,and can meet the requirements of inner wall paint for construction machinery fuel tanks. |
