Abstract/Summary:
Mulberry leaves are rich in nutrients and natural active ingredients.As a traditional Chinese medicine,mulberry leaves have multiple effects such as lowering blood pressure and blood lipids,anti-oxidation,losing weight and improving immunity of human body.Hydrogels are the dispersing medium with high economic value,which can maintain a certain shape,and are widely used in the fields of industry,agriculture and medical treatment.In this paper,the methods of extracting hydrogels from mulberry leaves,the emulsifying properties,agglutination and drug slow release properties of hydrogels from mulberry leaves were studied.The main experimental results are as follows:1.The optimum extraction conditions of mulberry leaf hydrogel were as follows:temperature was 90℃,time was 2h,p H2.0,solid-liquid ratio was 1:14 g/m L.The response surface experiment showed that the effect of hydrogel extraction was temperature>p H>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio;Among them,the interaction between solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was more obvious,the interaction between temperature,extraction time,temperature and the ratio was slightly greater,and the interaction between p H,extraction time,material-liquid ratio,p H,temperature and p H was not significant.2.The influence of mass concentration on the hydrogel emulsification activity of mulberry leaf hydrogel exhibited an upward trend,and the emulsification stability reached the maximum value of 0.98 when the mass concentration was 0.5%.When the ion concentration is 0.8M,the emulsification activity reached the maximum,and the EAI reached the maximum value of 6.14.When the ion concentration is 0.4,ESI reached the maximum value of 0.96,and then the higher the ion concentration,the lower the ESI value.When the temperature is 20℃,the emulsifying activity is the maximum.ESI first increases with increase of temperature and then decreases with increase of temperature.At p H4,the emulsifying activity is the minimum,and then the EAI increases with the increase of p H.ESI first decreases with the increase of p H,and then increases.3.Mulberry leaf hydrogel had obvious agglutination effect on red blood cells.4.The drug release rate of drug-loading gels with a concentration of 2% was the highest,at 20.7%.The drug release rate of drug delivery gels with all concentrations was stable and sustained.5.Mulberry hydrogel had no obvious antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,while the drug delivery gel loaded with Cefixime had obvious antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
