| During the development of organic synthesis,visible-light photo-catalysis has received much more attention in the recent years. They have advantages of natural richness, easy to use and sustainability. It is well known that carbon-carbon bond formation is one of the important bond constructions in organic chemistry, and is always a hot topic and plays an important role in modern synthetic chemistry.Because of the development of green chemistry, people are paying more and more attention to photo-catalysis organic synthesis reaction driven by visible light.Visible-light photo-catalysis have advantages of simple method, mild conditions, and environmental friendliness. In this paper,we mainly focus on the study of visible-light-induced formation of carbon-carbon bond, and the related research work was carried out as following:(1)The reaction of N-aryl tetrahydroisoquinoline and carboxylic acid was carried using acetone and H2O(1:1)as solvent,Na2HPO4·12H2O as a base,and[Acr+-Mes]Cl O4 as a photocatalyst in air atmosphere at room temperature under visible-light(blue LEDs,450-455nm)irradiation conditions, providing the corresponding N-aryl tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives in good yields.(2)The reaction ofα,β-unsaturated aromatic ketones with sodium trifluoromethylsulfinate was performed in acetone as solvent in the absence of any photocatalyst at room temperature under visible-light irradiation conditions in air, generating the desired phenanthrene-9(10H)-one derivatives in high yields via free-radical addition/cyclization sequence processes. |
