Research On Fire Monitoring And Intelligent Extinguishing System Based On Multi-sensor

With the continuous development of modern Internet technology,more and more intelligent monitoring system appeared on the market,including fire monitoring system and fire fighting system not only provides a great help to public life,and into various places to ensure the safety of people,so the fire monitoring and fire extinguishing system integration design is necessary.The traditional fire monitoring system only uses simple alarm device to warn the public and alarm the fire in time.This method has disadvantages such as great difficulty in controlling the fire and low safety performance index,which is not conducive to fire rescue.In view of the traditional fire monitoring system has many problems,this paper put forward based on multi-sensor fire monitoring and study of intelligent fire extinguishing system design scheme,through a variety of sensor monitoring the environment data,this scheme judges whether the target environment’s fire occurred,machines and wagons searched for the source of the fire,using wireless communication technology and Microsoft foundation class library(MFC),and other key technologies to realize the human-computer interaction function.The main content of this topic is composed of fire monitoring system,fire control implementation system and MFC application program.Fire monitoring system will be STC15F2K60S2 as control core,through the temperature sensor,smoke sensor,the pyroelectric infrared sensor and flame sensor data real-time monitoring of the external environment,to realizing information,body temperature,smoke and flame detection,data obtained with micro controller via bluetooth to mobile phone APP,detection threshold exceeds bid,the GSM communication system startup ands end text messages to the user.When the fire monitoring system monitors the external environment,it is connected with the PC USB interface through the TTL to RS232 and RS232 to USB data lines.It can observe the temperature,smoke and human status in the MFC application program,and also draw the temperature waveform diagram for the convenience of monitoring personnel.If fire monitoring system detect the presence of the flame and the system switch is turned on,fire control system startup,its core controller STM32F103C8T6 by controlling the three flame sensor,two obstacle avoidance sensor and ultrasonic ranging to start the machine car fire,motor driver,perform obstacle avoidance process,when the flame sensor to detect the signal,the machine car to adjust attitude and then hydraulic system on the flame treatment,fire failed to exterminate or water resources depletion,the GSM communication system user for processing of text.At the same time,the Open MV camera is integrated with the machine and car.Open MV is connected with the WIFI extension board,and the external environment can be observed in real time through the mobile phone or the computer browser.Multi-sensor monitoring system and intelligent fire extinguishing system are systems for fire prevention and timely response to environmental conditions,which contains not only the characteristics of traditional fire alarm system but also meet the current demand for timely control of the fire scene improving the functionality of the system in all aspects.This paper is completed the hardware platform construction and software design process of multi-sensor fire monitoring and intelligent fire extinguishing system and tests each module system respectively.Experimental results show that the fire monitoring system can real-time monitor the external environment condition,ensure the reliability of the environmental data.MFC applications receive real-time monitoring system for transmission of data,fire control system with stable operation can transmit the real-time video streaming to the PC,and can be stable search into fire achieving the goal of water.Each module of the whole system works stably with high security index,real-time data transmission and reliable function.
