comprehensively analyze the geological conditions of the site,the hydrogeological conditions of the site,the environmental conditions and public transport conditions of the construction area.Through the analysis of the results,it is concluded whether it is suitable for the project construction.The specific site analysis includes many contents.Whether a site meets the construction standards needs to be comprehensively considered from the geotechnical analysis of the site,the bearing capacity of the site,the seismic intensity grade of the project location,the local underground hydrological conditions,and whether the groundwater has corrosiveness to building materials.Through data analysis,the site is suitable for construction of this kind of project.Site analysis is particularly important for the construction projects of chemical enterprises,which requires engineers to demonstrate the location of the plant comprehensively and systematically on the basis of project policy planning.We should make full preparation for the proper site planning.If the analysis is not in place and thorough,the buildings or structures will sink or collapse in the future,which will not only cause the damage of buildings,but also lead to the leakage of chemical products,safety accidents and fire hazards.Once there is a fire,it will affect a wide range and cause serious security threats to the surrounding chemical enterprises.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the engineering geological environment of a comprehensive reconstruction project site for hydrogen production from natural gas in Daqing,the following main understandings and achievements are obtained1.The reconstruction area of the project is located in the west of Daqing city.The proposed site is located in the plain,flat and without large slope terrain and micro landform development.There is no adverse geological process at present.It is considered as a stable site after evaluation;The distribution of the foundation strata is very uniform,the stratification is very good,and the engineering characteristics are good.There is no special rock and soil under the stratum,so it is a relatively uniform foundation.The traffic in this area is well developed,and the public measures are relatively complete,but the groundwater changes greatly,which has a certain impact on the reconstruction construction of the project.In general,the area is suitable for the construction of the reconstruction site of the project.2.Based on the results of geotechnical exploration and the previous geological and hydrological data of Daqing City,and the statistical table of physical properties of each layer in the geotechnical test,the geological environment of the project reconstruction site is analyzed and verified from two aspects of groundwater corrosivity and geological disasters,and it is considered that the groundwater on the site has slight corrosion to the concrete structure and steel structure.According to the construction experience in Daqing area,the soil is slightly corrosive to building materials;3.The geological age of the area is the product of Quaternary late Pleistocene Q3 and Q2,so it is unnecessary to judge the liquefaction of the saturated sand at the site.According to the field exploration report,it is considered that the soil type of the site is medium soft,and the type is class III.The liquefaction of saturated silt and silty sand can be avoided within the calculated depth.4.The deep structure of Daqing city and its adjacent area belongs to the stable area,and the tectonic geomorphic characteristics fluctuate little,which indicates that the fault activity in Daqing city is weak in the quaternary system,and it is not the earthquake prone area;The total land subsidence of the project site is less than 1m,so the possibility of geological disasters is not great;The soft soil and medium soft soil are mostly distributed in the reconstruction area of the project.These soils have large water content and strong compressibility,so it may be difficult to meet the relevant requirements when carrying out the project construction.When carrying out the project construction,the soft soil in the project area should be treated.5.According to the analysis results of the physical and mechanical indexes of the soil samples taken from the boreholes and the in-situ test results,the confidence level of the soil engineering characteristics indexes of each layer can meet the level required by the construction of the plant.Based on the above analysis of the land bearing capacity,survey results and various data,the underground layers of the plant buildings are judged to be non liquefiable,and the strata are deeply buried.The site is far away from the coastline,and there is no possibility of tsunami.Considering the surrounding conditions,the area is suitable for site reconstruction.6.According to the evaluation of geological environment quality,the foundation bearing stratum is about 2m underground,and the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity of the main bearing stratum is 190 kpa.The modified characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity is 228.77 kpa.The design pile foundation adopts 500 mm diameter reinforced concrete precast pile,and the pile length is 12 m,which can meet the engineering requirements.Through theoretical research and analysis of the site investigation report,combined with the site hydrogeological conditions,landform conditions and the overall layout of the site,it is considered that there is no special landform in the site,and the seismic fortification intensity and foundation bearing capacity meet the requirements of the project reconstruction,so the construction can be carried out. |
