| In industrial production,flammable and explosive dusts in dust extraction ducts cause serious fire and explosion accidents when they meet sparks.Therefore,it is important for industrial safety to be warned in advance of an impending accident and to take timely action.With this in mind,a dust spark warning system has been designed and implemented.The objectives of the dust spark warning system are: It provides alarms and linkage for dangerous incidents in the dust extraction pipeline.It also predict dangerous incidents by analyzing and studying the sensing data in the dust extraction pipeline.It ensures the authenticity and safety of the sensing data by providing credible supervision and documentation of the sensing data in the dust extraction pipeline.Since the three above are relatively independent in terms of functional implementation,a practical approach is taken to study and set up each of the three parts.The management of alarms for hazardous conditions in the dedusting pipeline is mainly carried out by the alarm service module of the system.First,an alarm threshold is set in the local equipment.When the collected data exceeds the threshold,the local equipment activates an alarm and a linkage device to remove the danger.Second,the alarm information is transmitted to the system via the network.Finally,the alarm information is processed in the system by the responsible person.The prediction of hazardous conditions in the dedusting pipeline is carried out by analyzing and studying the sensing data.First,the anomaly detection algorithm is used to detect anomalies in the collected data.Then,a moving average method is used to analyze the sensed data for data trends.In addition,the Holt-Winter algorithm was chosen to model the historical sensing data to predict the trend of the data over a period of time to determine whether a hazardous incident could be caused.The results of the simulations show the prediction model is more than 95% accurate for dust concentration and pressure sensing data in the pipeline.The purpose of a credible supervisory deposit of the sensed data in the dedusting pipeline is to guarantee the authenticity and security of the data.Therefore,blockchain technology with immutability and security of the data is used in the system.The regulatory depository of data is based on the Hyperledger Fabric,a blockchain development framework.First,a three-way bookkeeping strategy between the regulator,the production plant and the service provider and an endorsement strategy for transaction authentication are designed to ensure that data is immutable once it is written on the depository.Second,the device safeguards the core data file by burning the firmware on the basis of digital certificates,CA authentication and digital signatures,thereby countering the theft of the device’s identity file.Then,connection agents and call agents are used to prevent tampering with identity interactions in data storage.These ensure the data is authentically recorded and immutable from the time it is collected to the time that is stored.The dust and spark warning system has been designed and implemented to provide networking of equipment,effective alarming and linkage,trend prediction of sensing data and credible safety monitoring and certification.The system has initially gone live and met the needs for use. |
