| Electrode management in the calcium carbide industry has a growing demand for electrode length measurement devices for submerged arc furnace,but there is still a gap between the height of the electrode paste and the length of the graphite electrode in real time.The electrode length measuring device of submerged arc furnace is generally located in the electrode cylinder cover.The relative position and attitude of the electrode cylinder cover will determine whether the electrode length measuring device can accurately measure the electrode.Therefore,the relative position and attitude measurement system of the electrode cylinder cover of submerged arc furnace is of great significance to the real-time measurement of the height of the electrode paste of the submerged arc furnace and the length of the graphite electrode.This paper designs the relative position measurement and attitude measurement and data remote transmission system of the electrode cylinder cover of the submerged arc furnace.First,the hardware circuit is designed according to functional requirements,including power supply module,CPU control module,ultrasonic relative position measurement module,attitude measurement module,3.3V-5V mutual conversion I~2C drive module,wireless data transmission module,etc.The bottom-up method is used to complete the software design of the attitude measurement module,the relative position measurement module and the ZigBee wireless data transmission module.In order to ensure that the transmission environment is interference-free when transmitting data,the topology structure of one master and multiple slaves is adopted,and the protocol is in preliminary design The data link layer and application layer realize wireless transmission of data.Finally,a top-down approach is adopted to design the main scheduler.A software package for preliminary processing of relative position and attitude data is also designed,and the final full-scale error of the experimental data obtained is within 0.1%.The software and hardware operating results show that the relative position and attitude measurement of the electrode cylinder cover of the submerged arc furnace and the data remote transmission system meet the design requirements. |
