Research On Safety Management Of FFS Expressway Company Based On Accident Preventon And Control

With the rapid development of my country’s society and economy,the scale of expressway construction continues to expand,and the mileage of expressways to traffic has ranked first in the world.With the full implementation of Chongqing’s expressway network planning,expressway mileage has also increased rapidly.At the same time,with the continuous increase in the number of vehicles,the number of expressway traffic accidents has also continued to increase,which has brought huge challenges to the safety management of expressway operating companies.For expressway operating companies,it is imperative to further improve the prevention and control of expressway traffic accidents.Under the current background that “one road and one company”has become the mainstream of expressway operation and management,From the perspective of implementing the main responsibility of safe production,the expressway operating company carefully summarize the existing problems of traffic accident prevention and control,analyze the causes and take targeted measures to do to improve the safety management of expressway companies and realize the economic benefits of expressway operations has become an important subject for the study of expressway operating companies.Based on the above background,this article takes FFS expressway company as an example,from the perspective of expressway operating companies to prevent and control traffic accidents,coordinate various operating sectors and related units to take effective countermeasures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents related to corporate responsibilities,To effectively avoid the risk of the main responsibility of enterprise safety production.This article uses expressway traffic safety management theory,enterprise safety production management theory,enterprise security risk management theory,in contrast to the actual operation and management of FFS expressway company,and builds a more targeted expressway company safety management system from the perspective of accident prevention and control.First,it briefly introduces the basic situation of FFS Expressway Company,the status quo of safety management and accident prevention and control content and mode,focusing on traffic accidents on operating sections,and analyzes the characteristics and causes of traffic accidents based on data,and explains traffic accidents The direct and indirect economic losses brought to the company.Then,through interviews with FFS highway company personnel and high-speed law enforcement unit personnel,combined with the analysis of typical traffic accidents related to corporate responsibility,from the perspective of traffic accident prevention and control,it summarizes the existence of road safety driving conditions in the safety management of FFS highway company There are shortcomings,insufficient technology to ensure safety,the level of safe operation and service needs to be improved,and the source of human and vehicle hazards need to be improved.The reasons for the above problems have been analyzed in depth.Finally,from the perspective of further improving the prevention and control of FFS expressway traffic accidents,the safety management countermeasures of FFS expressway company are proposed from several strategies such as culture,system,technology,organization,and security.The safety management countermeasures of FFS Expressway Company proposed in this paper not only have reference value for improving the safety management level of FFS Expressway Company,but also have reference significance for other similar expressway enterprises to do a good job in safety management.
