| Ethinene and propylene are very important for the development of the national economy.The traditional process route is mainly produced through oil cracking,while China is highly dependent on oil imports,so it is necessary to develop alternative technologies to prevent oil sanctions.In recent years,the technological route of methanol to low carbon olefin has developed rapidly,and the production capacity of low carbon olefin has improved steadily,but there is still a big gap in the market demand,and it has existed for a long time.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of production operating conditions on product distribution,optimize operating conditions,improve product yield,and help production enterprises reduce emissions,reduce consumption and improve quality and efficiency.This paper discusses the progress of methanol to olefin.With DMTO technology as the object,the influence of reaction pressure,reaction temperature,catalyst carbonization,circulating amount,water alcohol ratio and new mixed carbon quadruple technological transformation project on the distribution of low carbon olefin products was studied.We found that the reaction pressure at 102 k Pa-105 k Pa,was around 486 ℃,standby catalyst carbonization at 6.5%-6.7%,catalyst reservoir at 46-49 tons,circulation at 63-67 tons,water alcohol ratio at 0.12%(wt),the highest yield of ethylene propylene.The effect of catalyst carbon accumulation by mixed carbon four and the results showed that carbon four and carbon five rounds can improve the conversion rate of methanol and increase the selectivity of ethylene propylene,and the economy of carbon four rounds is higher than that of carbon V.Combined with comprehensive factors such as energy consumption and product price,the best operating conditions are summarized to optimize product distribution,improve the selectivity of main products,maximize the economic benefits of production enterprises,and increase the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
