| With the frequent occurrence of air pollution events in recent years,it is urgent for our government to improve the quality of air environment and control environmental pollution.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs),as a common pollution factor in air pollution in China,seriously endangers the physical and mental health of the people in China.At the same time,the pollution is also one of the key treatment projects of "263" special environmental treatment in Jiangsu Province.It is of great significance to explore and study the treatment of VOCs.In this paper,the general treatment methods and principles of volatile organic waste gas removal are discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared.The absorption effect of β-CD absorption solution on methane and vinyl chloride was studied,and the factors such as initial concentration of β-CD absorption solution,pH value and initial concentration of methane on methane and vinyl chloride gas absorption are discussed Effect.Through the experimental research and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that 0.125 g/L β-CD absorption solution has the best absorption effect on 15.9 mg/m3 methane gas,and the absorption rate is 39%;The mean relative deviation was 0.18%.The results show that at pH 4.00,0.125 g/L β-CD absorption solution has the best absorption effect on 15.9 mg/m3 methane gas,and the absorption rate is 54%.(2)The results showed that 0.125 g/L of β-CD had the best absorption effect on 65 mg/m3 of vinyl chloride,and the absorption rate was 56%.When the pH value was 4.00,the absorption efficiency reached the highest,and the absorption rate was 62%.When the pH value is 9.18,the absorption efficiency is less than 40%,1.500g/l β-CD solution was only 28%.(3)When 0.125g/L β-CD absorption solution was selected and 1.0L concentration of 65 mg/m3 vinyl chloride gas was repeatedly absorbed,the regeneration rate was stable between 50.6%and 43.7%for six consecutive times,which was close to the first absorption efficiency(55%),indicating that the regeneration performance of β-CD was good.In this paper,the experimental study on the absorption of methane and vinyl chloride byβ-CD solution was carried out,and its absorption efficiency was also studied,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for the further development of β-CD solution for the treatment of VOCs. |
