There is a large amount of industrial "three wastes" in the chemical production,The primary problem of the chemical enterprises is how to deal with the waste water,waste gas,waste residue.Due to the countries and people taking more attention to the problem of environmental protection,chemical companies are also beginning to invest more manpower and material resources for the recycling of by-products.Each related enterprises also increased recycling of three wastes in order to reduce emissions and developing circular economy.Tianchen chemical industry is affiliated to Xinjiang Tianye group,the main products are PVC and caustic soda.Tianchen chemical plant have a centralized sewage treatment system,meanwhile,respectively make use of the internal digestion to all kinds of process water in each section,and which can’t digest process water then return to the centralized sewage treatment system.Among them,acetylene system of cleaning process,for the reason of phosphorus,chlorine,sodium wastewater,COD higher,it becomes a difficulty process.In this paper,through investigating to the clean and sodium hypochlorite wastewater treatment technology,it were analyzed,and verified by testing in laboratory and field pilot production,determined the processing method of sodium hypochlorite wastewater treatment process,the influence factors in technology:hypochlorous acid sodium hypochlorite wastewater of content,pH value,fenton reaction pretreatment of oxidation time,the dosage of oxidant and so on has carried on the determination of process parameters;Finally,the pilot plant was verified,and the relatively reasonable process control parameters of the process were as follows:fenton pretreatment parameters:oxidation pH value of 3.5;fenton reaction pretreatment oxidation time of 3 hours;oxidant dosage of 25%hydrogen peroxide 21-22g/L.The amount of ferrous sulfate was 12g/L.After the final treatment,the total phosphorus content in the subsodium wastewater was less than 5mg/L.Industrial design and research were carried out on the basis of pilot test,and an industrial device was successfully designed to achieve the expected goal,laying a good foundation for the next reuse of waste sodium solution for acetylene purification,and achieved the purpose of environmental protection,energy saving and recycling.
