| In this paper,pressure sensitive adhesive EHA-VAc-EAC system is taken as the research object,the mechanism of solvent removal process of pressure sensitive adhesive original polymer system under two different production modes of reactor and film is studied,and the mathematical model of solvent removal which can be applied to production practice is established,so as to provide scientific basis for the production of solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive.PC-SAFT equation of state was used to study the vapor-liquid equilibrium process of pressure-sensitive adhesive original polymer system,and a vapor-liquid equilibrium mathematical model suitable for pressure-sensitive adhesive original polymer system was established.The mass transfer process of solvent gasification in pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA)original polymer system in a small reactor was studied,and the mathematical model of bubble diffusion of PSA original polymer system in a small reactor was obtained.Based on the vapor-liquid equilibrium model,bubble diffusion model and mixture viscosity model of pressure-sensitive adhesive original polymer system,two models of solvent removal process of pressure-sensitive adhesive original polymer system were established.The experimental results show that the mathematical model is reliable.In this paper,the mathematical model of solvent removal for the polymer system of pressure-sensitive adhesive original batch produced by reactor and film is established,which can scientifically control the solvent removal process,reduce the solvent residue of solvent based pressure-sensitive adhesive original batch within the minimum range,and make the solvent based pressure-sensitive adhesive products more environmentally friendly and more economical. |
