| Hypochlorite is one of the reactive oxygen species which play important roles in immune system of the biological system.According to previous studies,an excess of hypochlorite in organisms will cause damages to biological tissues or serious diseases. Therefore,it is valuable to accurately detect the concentration change of hypochlorite in organisms.Recently, carbon dots(CDs)have attracted extensive attention in detection of oxygen active species due to the facile preparation, tunable structure and optical property, high photo-stability and biocompatibility. In this thesis,we reviewed recently literatures about detection of hypochlorite, prepared a kind of CDs,establish analytical methods hypochlorite and validate the application in real samples. The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)We prepared red fluorescence CDs via hydrothermal method and detailed characterized the CDs by UV-Vis spectrum,FTIR,fluorescence,X-ray photoelectron spectrum.(2)The UV-Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of CDs are investigated systematically in the presence of hypochlorite. Then dual spectra analysis methods for hypochlorite detection are developed by demonstrating the relationship between hypochlorite concentration and the fluorescence ratio(I610/I650)of CDs,as well as by demonstrating the relationship between hypochlorite concentration and absorbance of CDs at 545 nm.The limits of detection are 6.2×10-8 mol L-1 for fluorescence method and1.3×10-7 mol L-1 for absorbance method. The method was applied to the detection and analysis of hypochlorite in complex samples, such as laboratory wastewater and urine samples, and the results were satisfactory. |
