| With the full implementation of China’s ultra-low emission policy,the pollution control and emission detection of SO3/H2SO4 are gradually emerging.It is found that the SO3/H2SO4 produced in coal-fired power plants will not only damage the equipment and environment but also threaten people’s health.Therefore,reducing the emission of SO3/H2SO4 has gradually become one of the important issues of environmental protection in China.In this paper,new technology is proposed to remove SO3/H2SO4 from flue gas of wet flue gas desulfurization system by cold-core induced SO3 aerosol condensation and purification.The technology can remove SO3/H2SO4 by condensation washing,so it can also be called the condensation washing method.To prove the effectiveness of the condensation washing method for SO3/H2SO4 removal,we need to accurately measure the concentration of SO3/H2SO4 in the flue gas.Our research group invented a "cotton filtration+salt absorption method" to measure SO3/H2SO4.According to the investigation,CCM is a widely accepted method to detect SO3/H2SO4,but it has not yet become a standard method.Therefore,we designed an experimental platform to evaluate the controlled condensation method and finally determined that the SO3/H2SO4 measurement method used in this project is the "eotton filtration+ salt absorption method".After the determination of the SO3 test method,the study of SO3/H2SO4 removal by the condensation washing method can be carried out smoothly.The most important part of the experiment of SO3/H2SO4 removal by condensation washing method is a two-stage scrubber.The first stage scrubber simulates the wet desulfurization system,and its outlet flue gas is saturated.After entering the second stage scrubber,the saturated flue gas is sprayed by cold water,so the second scrubber is also called condensation scrubber.We found that the study of the first scrubber has a certain guiding significance for the mechanism of SO3/H2SO4 removal in the wet desulfurization system,and then relatively expanded the relevant research on the mechanism of SO3/H2SO4 removal in the wet desulfurization system,and also answered the function mechanism of the first scrubber in this topic.In addition,we also studied the influence of the experimental variables:spray water temperature and liquid gas ratio on the efficiency of SO3/H2SO4 removal.The experimental results show that with the decrease of spray water temperature and the increase of liquid gas ratio,the efficiency of SO3/H2SO4 removal becomes higher and higher. |
