Compared with the conventional method,the high-speed wet abrasive hair detection method has the advantages of rapid sample processing,simple operation,high recovery and avoidance of cross-contamination.Especially,it is the best solution for the detection of multiple drugs in hair under the same condition.Therefore,for a large number of practical problems,especially for the detection of hair poisoning in grass-roots public security organs,the high-speed wet grinding method for hair detection has more advantages.Under the guidance of the instructor,the application method of high-speed wet grinding technology in field detection and laboratory detection of hair poisoning was established.With the collision of high kinetic energy beads,the washed hair is crushed directly in the liquid in the grinding tube.After crushing,the sample size is sub-micron,and the hair poisoning products are dissolved in the solution.The solution is directly screened by colloidal gold technology on the spot,and the experimental liquid quality can be qualitatively and quantitatively detected.The method screens nine drugs in hair,such as amphetamine,opium,cocaine and cannabis,and meets the threshold of on-site detection required in the Code for Detecting Hair Samples of Drug-related Personnel promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security.At the same time,it meets the threshold requirement of laboratory detection of 12 drugs in the Code.The detection limit reaches 0.01ng/mg.At the same time,it meets the threshold requirement of the International Hair Association(SOHT).The law also studies nine other drugs,demonstrates various drugs scientifically,and inspects the specificity,linear relationship,detection limit,stability,reproducibility and so on.Through a large number of case experiments,it is proved that this method is simple,fast and accurate,suitable for on-site hair detection in drug-related cases,can meet the needs of cases,and has broad application prospects.
