In order to explore the ecological service value of forest resources in Wuling Mountain Reserve,referring to Forest Resource Planning and Design Investigation in Wuling Mountain,the evaluation system was constructed in accordance with the "Standards for Forest Ecosystem Service Function Evaluation"(GB/T38582—2020).On the basis of the existing research,the benefit evaluation was refined,and the ecological service function characteristics of forest resources in the Wuling Mountain Reserve under different forest stand structures and site conditions were discussed.The main research results are as follows:(1)The structural characteristics of forest resources.The forest resources of Wuling Mountain are mostly distributed among young and middle-aged forests,accounting for 42.68%and 42.03%of the total area respectively.Near-mature forests and mature forests account for a small proportion,while over-mature forests account for a relatively small proportion.The smallest,only 0.04%;the proportion of natural forests in Wuling Mountain is 85%,and the proportion of artificial forests in the total area is 15%;the distribution of tree species in Wuling Mountain is uneven,including Pinus tabulaeformis Carr,mixed broadleaf,Populus davidiana Dode,davidiana.Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb.,Betula platyphylla Suk occupies a larger proportion of the area,and the accumulation of Pinus tabulaef or mis Carr,mixed broadleaf,Populus davidiana Dode.davidiana,Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb.,Larix gmelinii Kuzen.are large.(2)The value characteristics of ecological service function of forest resources in different age groups in Wuling Mountain.The total value of carbon fixation and oxygen release of forest resources in Wuling Mountain is 193.25 million yuan.Among the value of carbon fixation and oxygen release for each age group,near-mature forests are the largest at 69.71 million yuan,followed by middle-aged forests at 49.624 million yuan.The minimum value is 16.89 million yuan;The total value of water conservation for forest resources in Wuling Mountain is 228.96 million yuan,and the total value of air purification is 326.84 million yuan.The value of water conservation and air purification for different age groups in Wuling Mountain are:Mature forests are the largest,followed by near-mature forests,and over-mature forests are the smallest.The total value of soil-fixing and fertilizer-preserving of forest resources in Wuling Mountain is 67.95 million yuan.Among the value of soil-fixing and fertilizer-preserving of forest trees in each age group,mature forests are the largest at 21.67 million yuan.There are many near-mature forests and middle-aged forests at 19 million yuan,14.23 million yuan,the least over-mature forest is 3.017 million yuan.(3)The value characteristics of ecological service functions of different tree species in Wuling Mountain.The value of broad-leaved mixed carbon fixation and oxygen release is the largest,at 81.86 million yuan;The value of Larix gmelinii Kuzen.carbon fixation and oxygen release is second,at 65.84 million yuan;The value of Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb.carbon fixation and oxygen release is 19.82 million yuan;The value of Tilia tuan Szyszyl carbon fixation and oxygen release is the smallest,which is 0.37 million yuan.The water conservation value of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.is the largest at 93.14 million yuan;The water conservation value of broad-leaved mixed water is 51.57 million yuan;The conservation of Tilia tuan Szyszyl water source has the smallest value,at 0.27 million yuan.The environmental value of broad-leaved mixture for air purification is the largest at 266.87 million yuan;the value of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.to purify the atmosphere is next with 37.47 million yuan;The value of Juglans mandshurica for air purification is less,at 0.18 million yuan;The value of Tilia tuan Szyszyl to purify the atmosphere is the smallest with 0.039 million yuan.Pinus tabulaeformis has the greatest value in soil and fertilizer preservation,with a value of 23.7 million yuan;The Tilia tuan Szyszyl has the smallest value for soil and fertilizer conservation,which is 0.09 million yuan;The total biodiversity value of forest resources in Wuling Mountain is 77.64 million yuan,of which the biodiversity value of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.,mixed broadleaf,Populus davidiana Dode davidiana.Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb.,Larix gmelinii Kuzen.are relatively large;the value of forest health is 13.26 million yuan.(4)The value characteristics of Wuling Mountain forest resource ecological service functions under different site conditions.The ecological value is the best in the range of 1000-1500m above sea level.The annual value of carbon fixation and oxygen release is 79.56 million yuan,the total value of soil fixation and fertilizer preservation is 23.46 million yuan,the value of water conservation is 77.66 million yuan,and the total value of air purification is 216.14 million yuan;The ecological value of the soil layer thickness of 20-30cm is the best overall,among which the value of purifying the atmospheric environment and water conservation is the largest in this range,which are respectively 113.92 million yuan and 78.35 million yuan.
