Resarch On Competitiveness Enhancement Strategy Of Qingdao Bright Moon Seaweed Group

High-tech R&D and manufacturing industry has become an important part of market economic development,which has played a catalytic role in driving regional economic development.Qingdao Bright Moon Seaweed Group is a high-tech enterprise that produces marine biologically active substances from marine large brown algae.Its production technology,product types,research and development deadlines,and annual sales volume are among the world’s leading marine algae biological products industry.With the increasing competition globalization,domestic and foreign industry competition is intensified,how to maintain the current good operating mode,improve capital,manpower and other aspects of the shortage,improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise is the focus of this study.First,by consulting a large number of documents and combining the characteristics of the development of the Bright Moon Seaweed Group,the company has four aspects:production and operation,human resources,technology research and development,and brand building.Through the report of the Bureau of Statistics,the official website of Bright Moon Seaweed Group and the development department of Bright Moon Seaweed Group,a total of 18 landmark indicators were collected from 2014 to 2018,and the evaluation index system for the competitiveness of Bright Moon Seaweed Group was established using the entropy method for 18 indicators,and data standardization was used to calculate theweights.The paper comprehensively ranks the 18 indexes involved in 2014-2018,analyzes the problems existing in the business process in the past five years,and finally puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for improving the competitiveness of Bright Moon Seaweed Group according to the evaluation results.
