Research On Legal System Environmental Health Risk Assessment

In resent years,due to comprehensive factors’ impact such as urbanization and so on,the accident of environmental pollution usually occurs in our country.The situation leads to serious consequences,in especially population health damage,and turn to relevant issues are considered.This article from the perspective of risk regulation builds environmental health risk assessment system with public health as the core,in order to regulate environment health questions triggered by environmental pollution.However,environmental health risk assessment system as a kind of basic system in environmental risk management region still is vacant in our environmental legal system,thus this is badly in need of the research of related theories.This article is mainly composed of following sections.Part one contains the origin,meaning and research summary of the topic.Part two explains the background of the article from the perspective of "new pattern" of environmental problem to lead to the definition of the theme of the article and clarify the logical relationship.Part three demonstrates the structure of environmental health risk assessment legal system,and mainly illustrates the necessity and feasibility of system establishment.Part four states enlightenment which refers to legal path and legislative model from the experience of environmental health risk regulation with South Korea and the United States.Part five is the concrete construction of environmental health risk assessment legal system,concerning legislative guarantee,environmental monitoring mechanism,risk assessment principle and other aspects.
