Research On The High Dividend Policy Of NB Company

Dividend policy is one of the important decisions that every listed company must face.Dividend policy will not only affect the future development of the enterprise,but also directly affect the shareholders’ rights and interests.The relevant policies issued by our country regulate the reasonable choice of dividend policy and protect the interests of investors.For individual enterprises,reasonable decision-making is conducive to their long-term and stable development,while for the whole capital market,it can guide their healthy and orderly development.However,in recent years,cash dividend distribution has become the first choice of many companies.The amount of cash dividend distributed by listed companies has been increasing,and the phenomenon of high dividend is increasing.After noticing the phenomenon of high dividend of listed companies,this paper selects NB company as an example to analyze its high dividend policy.First of all,this paper summarizes and combs the domestic and foreign research on the motivation and economic results of the listed companies’ choice of high dividend policy,and introduces the general situation and high dividend situation of NB company in combination with the relevant dividend policy theory;secondly,it analyzes the motivation of high dividend policy of NB company and the analysis of the lack of financial support of high dividend,and the weak financial support of NB company In this case,it will inevitably bring problems if we still choose the high dividend policy.Finally,in view of the problems of NB company,we give some suggestions and summarize the case.This paper chooses NB company as the research object,which can not only give some suggestions to the case company,but also summarize the enlightenment that can be applied to other high ranking listed companies through the case.Firstly,when choosing dividend policy,we must consider whether our financial situation can provide strong support,secondly,we must consider the needs of the company’s future development,and we cannot blindly choose dividend policy.Finally,to choose the high dividend policy,we should reduce the high dividend payout rate,seek the healthy development of the enterprise,try to choose a variety of dividend distribution methods,make investment choices carefully,and improve the capital use and investment efficiency.
