| In China,volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are organic compounds whose saturated vapor pressure exceeds 10.3Pa at room temperature(293.15 K)and pressure(101.325 k Pa).VOCs are recognized as major contributors to air pollution because of their toxicity to human health and their involvement in the formation of photochemical smog.Therefore,controlling the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is an important step to solve the environmental problems.Catalytic combustion is one of the most effective control processes for the purification of industrial VOCs waste gas at present.Therefore,the preparation of highly efficient,economical and secondary pollution-free catalysts is a hot topic at present.In this paper,three series of complex oxide catalysts,Cu-Ce,Cu-Mn and Mn-Ce,were prepared by impregnation method using zeolite molecular sieve as carrier.To explore the optimum preparation conditions.The effect of operating conditions on the catalytic combustion performance and the stability of the catalyst were investigated.Toluene,acetone,ethyl acetate as target pollutants,study on Catalytic Combustion performance of one-component and two-component mixed Pollutant.The results of the study show that:(1)When the inlet concentration of toluene is 2500mg/m3and the space velocity is 5000h-1,Cu-Ce series catalysts:when the loading ratio of Cu:Ce=1:1,loading ratio is 10%,the calcination temperature is 500℃,the catalytic activity of p-toluene is the best.Cu-Mn series catalyst:when the loading ratio of Cu:Mn=1:2,loading ratio is 20%and calcination temperature is 600℃,the catalyst has the best catalytic activity for toluene.Mn-Ce series catalyst:when the loading ratio of Mn:Ce=1:1,loading ratio is 20%and calcination temperature is 500℃,the catalyst has the best catalytic activity for toluene.(2)The results of single component activity test showed that under the same operating conditions,the catalytic activity of Mn-Ce catalyst was higher than that of Cu-Ce and Cu-Mn series catalysts for three different pollutants.(3)The results of bicomponent activity test showed that the order of catalytic oxidation of three organic compounds was ethyl acetate>acetone>toluene,and the T50and T90of the three compounds were higher than that of single component in mixed state.(4)When the air velocity is 10000h-1,the processing efficiency is still high.The change of T50and T90was greater when the concentration of pollutants was different.When the concentration increased from 500mg/m3to 5000mg/m3,T50and T90increased about 45℃and 100℃,respectively.(5)After running for 60 hours,the conversion rate of toluene remained above97%.When the water vapor content was 3000mg/m3,the decrease range of T50and T90was 40℃to 50℃,respectively. |
