Since the 21 st century,typical chemical safety accidents in my country have occurred frequently.Therefore,this paper takes the event evolution process(vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section)of China’s typical chemical process as the main research object,and uses the system dynamics method to analyze and simulate the accident evolution process,which makes our work on emergency management more Good implementation.This paper collects some typical chemical safety accidents,applies system dynamics theory,and analyzes the case Delphi method to obtain all the key influencing factors that affect the occurrence and evolution of general typical chemical production process safety events,and then uses Venism software Determine the key factors it has;then apply the basic method of dynamics,and combine the results of human-machine ring management theory and experts,the main occurrence and evolution of safety accidents in the vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section The influencing factors are decomposed into several key subsystems,the relationship between each key subsystem and their influencing factors is analyzed,and then the simulation model and equations are constructed,and then the expert scoring method is used to synthesize the factors using the "five-segment fetch parameter assignment method" Carry out parameter assignment,and finally obtain the evolution level diagram of the cause of safety accidents in the production process of vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section through simulation.By analyzing these evolution level diagrams,it is possible to make targeted suggestions for the evolution of the safety accident of the vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section in each subsystem,and then to the evolution of the safety accidents of the vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section that may occur in the future Make targeted actions regularly.
