Case Study On Water Environment Governance Of Dasha River In Shenzhen

A good ecological environment is the fairest public product and the most inclusive welfare of the people.Water ecological civilization is an important part and basic guarantee of ecological civilization.River is an important part of water ecological civilization,especially the urban river bears many important functions in the city,which is closely related to the organization and personal production and life of the city.There are 310 rivers with a drainage area of more than 1 square kilometer in Shenzhen.Among them,Dasha River,located in the southwest of Shenzhen,is the largest river in Nanshan District,running through the South and north of Nanshan District,known as Nanshan’s "Mother River".At the end of 1970 s,Shenzhen began to embark on the road of high-speed development.Economic development also brought serious pollution problems.The water quality of Dasha River is deteriorating day by day.For this reason,the water environment of Dasha River Basin was treated in Shenzhen.This paper is a case study of Dasha River Basin water environment management.It introduces the basic situation of Dasha River Basin,summarizes the history of Dasha River Basin water environment management,discusses the effect of Dasha River Basin water environment management,analyzes the existing problems and causes of Dasha River Basin water environment management,and gives the improvement Countermeasures of Dasha River environment management,aiming to explain Dasha River with the concept of ecological civilization Why does the river appear with such governance effect?
