As an important mesoporous material,mesoporous silica(Si O2)has excellent properties such as rich mesoporous structure,high specific surface area,narrow pore size distribution and so on.It has wide range of applications in the fields of catalysis,adsorption/separation,drug delivery and release,optics and chromatographic carriers.Zinc oxide(Zn O)is also an important wide band gap semiconductor material with high chemical stability and high light stability,and it can be applied to gas sensors,piezoelectric sensors,catalysis and semiconductors.Herein,hollow triangular prismatic mesoporous silica,hexagonal pencil cluster and hydrangea-like nano zinc oxide assembled from sheet structure were synthesized by using ionic liquid and supramolecular gel as co-template.The microscopic morphology of silica and zinc oxide were regulated by adjusting the reaction conditions,and we further explored the mechanism of co-template on their microstructure.In addition,the catalytic activity and recycling performance of synthetic nano zinc oxide with different morphologies were evaluated by the catalytic degradation reaction of Congo Red under visible light.Mesoporous silica with hollow triangular prismatic morphology was synthesized by using amino acid ionic liquid tetramethylammonium glycine([N1111][Gly]),the supramolecular gel N-lauro-L-glutamic acid-di-n-butylamide(GP-1)as template,and ILs-gel as co-template.The hollow tubular mesoporous silica was synthesized by solvothermal method using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as the silicon source,hydrochloric acid as the catalyst,anhydrous ethanol and deionized water as the solvent.The effects of templating agent dosage,the molar ratio of ethanol/water and the aging time on the morphology and mesoporous structure of mesoporous silica were investigated.The results shown that when the molar ratio of[N1111][Gly]and GP-1 to silicon source was 0.75 and 0.2,respectively,the molar ratio of absolute ethanol to deionized water was 0.3,the reaction temperature was 120°C and reaction time was 18h,the hollow triangular prismatic mesoporous silica with uniform and regular morphology can be obtained.The surface area was up to 1186 m2g-1,the pore volume was 0.70 cm3g-1,and the average pore diameter was 3.21 nm.Hexagonal pencil cluster and hydrangea-like nano zinc oxide was successfully synthesized by using amino acid ionic liquid tetramethylammonium glycine([N1111][Gly]),supramolecular gel N-lauro-L-glutamic acid-di-n-butylamide(GP-1)as template,and ILs-gel as co-template with solvothermal method.Zinc nitrate was used as the zinc source,sodium hydroxide was used as the catalyst,anhydrous ethanol and deionized water were used as the solvent.The effects of templating agent dosage,the molar ratio of ethanol/water and aging time on the morphology,mesoporous structure and crystal phase of Zn O were investigated.The synthesized sample with different morphologies was used in the experiment of catalytic degradation of Congo red by visible light irradiation.The results shown that the flaky Zn O catalyst prepared under the co-template condition possessed highest catalytic activity.After 150 min of visible light irradiation,the removal rate of Congo red reached 98%,and the catalyst shown good reusability in the cycle experiment.On the basis of experiments,the mechanism mechanism of co-template induced synthesis of different forms of silica and zinc oxide was revealed from the microscopic point of view,which would provide important guiding significance for the template regulation synthesis of mesoporous materials.
